|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة تصور المشروع المهني لدى متربصي التكوين والتعليم المهنيين، حيث اعتمدنا في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم بناء أداة لقياس تصور المشروع المهني من طرف الباحثة اعتمادا على الأدب النظري وكذا نظريات النمو والاختيار والتوجيه المهني والدراسات السابقة في موضوع التصور، وتكون المقياس في صورته النهائية من (49) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد، وتم تطبيقه على عينة مختارة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة قدرت ب (200) متربص ومتربصة موزعين على أربع مراكز للتكوين المهني لمدينة توفرت من مجموع المتربصين المدمجين خلال دورة فيفري 2023 المقدر عددهم ب (936)، وبعد قياس الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس، أسفرت النتائج على ما يلي: وجود تصور غير واضح لمتربصي التكوين المهني لمشروعهم المهني. عدم وجود فروق في طبيعة تصور المشروع المهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وجود فروق في طبيعة تصور المشروع المهني تعزى لمتغير التخصص. وجود فروق في طبيعة تصور المشروع المهني تعزى المستوى التعليمي. والتي تمت مناقشتها في ضوء الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة مع الخروج بذلك بجملة من الاقتراحات والتوصيات للعينة والمختصين في المجال.
|b The current study aims to identify the nature of the perception of the professional project among trainees in vocational training and education, as we relied on the exploratory descriptive approach. To achieve this, a tool was built to measure the perception of the professional project by the researcher based on theoretical literature as well as theories of growth, choice, vocational guidance, and previous studies in The subject is on the subject of perception, and the scale in its final form consisted of (49) items distributed over three dimensions, and it was applied to a sample selected in a simple random manner, estimated at (200) trainees, both male and female, distributed among four vocational training centers in the city of Tougurt, from the total number of trainees integrated during the course. The estimated number is (936) in February 2023, and after measuring the psychometric properties of the scale, the results resulted in the following: There is an unclear perception of vocational training trainees about their professional project. There are no differences in the nature of the perception of the professional project due to the gender variable. There are differences in the nature of the perception of the professional project due to the specialization variable. There are differences in the nature of the perception of the professional project due to the educational level. Which was discussed in light of theoretical literature and previous studies, with a set of suggestions and recommendations for the sample and specialists in the field.
