|b In response to the requirements of modern penal policy, the Algerian legislator has developed procedural alternatives represented in both the penal order and the immediate appearance, characterized by a summary of the formalities required in the litigation procedures, by reducing the burden on the judiciary by providing effort and money, as a guarantee for the litigants, and achieving speed for adjudication in the case.
