تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن تأثير تكنلوجيا المعلومات بأبعاده (البرمجيات، قواعد بيانات) في تحسين الأداء الشامل للموانئ البحرية (الخدمات المينائية المقدمة للسفن، الخدمات المقدمة عند الانتظار) لرفع الأداء الشامل للموانئ البحرية أذ تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على كل من الشركتين (الشركة العامة لموانئ العراق، الشركة العامة للنقل البحري) وقد بلغ عددهم 327 وتم اختيارهم بطريقة (العينات العشوائية البسيطة) وتم اعتماد البيانات من خلال استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المتوافرة في البرامج (Spss-V.26 & Amos-V.26) وأظهرت النتائج أن هنالك تأثيرا إيجابيا لتكنولوجيا المعلومات وأبعاده في تحسين الأداء الشامل للموانئ البحرية. نواتج علمية أذ يمكن الاستفادة من نتائج هذه الدراسة في تطوير أساليب وقدرات الشركة العامة للموانئ العراقية والذي سينعكس إيجابيا على تكنولوجيا المعلومات، لذلك يجب على الشركة العامة للموانئ العراقية الاهتمام المتزايد بهذا المجال وتحقيق أهدافها ورفع المستوى العام.
The current study aims to reveal the impact of information technology in its dimensions (software, databases) in improving the overall performance of seaports (port services provided to ships, services provided while waiting) to raise the overall performance of seaports. This study was applied to both companies (the General Company for Iraqi Ports, the General Company for Maritime Transport) and their number reached 327 and they were selected using the (simple random sampling) method. The data was approved by using a set of statistical methods available in the programs (Spss-V.26 & Amos-V.26). The results showed that there is a positive impact of information technology and its dimensions in improving the overall performance of seaports. Scientific outcomes: The results of this study can be used to develop the methods and capabilities of the General Company for Iraqi Ports, which will be positively reflected in information technology. Therefore, the General Company for Iraqi Ports must pay increasing attention to this field and achieve its goals and raise the general level.
