|a الهدف من البحث الحالي هو معرفة مستوى تأثير السلامة البحرية في تطوير القطع البحرية التي تعود للشركة العامة لموانئ العراق لغرض رفع من أداء العمل، إذ قام الباحث بأعداد وتوزيع قائمة فحص لتشخيص مشكلة البحث. ولغرض تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة للبحث الحالي فقد قام الباحث بتصميم المخطط الفرضي، والذي من خلاله يمكن توضيح طبيعة العلاقة بين الأبعاد الرئيسة وهي (السلامة البحرية) كبعد مستقل، و(أدارة القطع البحرية) كبعد معتمد، إذ تضمن المجتمع (1734) فرداً والعينة (315) فرداً، وقد وزعت استمارة الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة وهم الأفراد العاملون بالقطع البحرية التي تعود إلى الشركة العامة لموانئ العراق وقد بلغ عدد القطع البحرية (58) قطعة بحرية مختلفة التصميم والمهام والواجبات، إذ استخدم الباحث البرامج الإحصائية لتحليل البيانات (EXCEL V.10, SPSS.V.23). وقد توصلت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي إلى قبول الفرضية التي تهدف إلى توضيح علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين البعد المستقل (السلامة البحرية) والبعد المعتمد (أدارة القطع البحرية) إلى جانب تسليط الضوء على المعاضل التي تهدد سلامة القطع البحرية التي تعود إلى الشركة العامة لموانئ العراق.
|b The aim of the current research is to know the level of impact of maritime safety in the development of marine pieces belonging to the General Company for the ports of Iraq for the purpose of raising the performance of work, as the researcher prepared and distributed a checklist to diagnose the research problem. For the purpose of achieving the objectives required for the current research, the researcher has designed the hypothetical scheme, through which the nature of the relationship between the main dimensions can be clarified, namely (maritime safety) as an independent dimension, and (management of marine pieces) as an approved dimension, ast the community included (1734) individuals and the sample (315) individuals, and the questionnaire form was distributed to the study sample, which are individuals working in marine vessels belonging to the General Company for Ports of Iraq, and the number of marine pieces reached (58) A piece of marine with different design, tasks and duties, as the researcher used statistical programs to analyze data (SPSS. V.23, EXCEL V.10). The results of the statistical analysis reached the acceptance of the hypothesis, which aims to clarify the relationship of correlation and impact between the independent dimension (maritime safety) and the approved dimension (management of marine assets), in addition to highlighting the dilemmas that threaten the safety of marine vessels belonging to the General Company for Ports of Iraq.
