|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى الذكاء الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، حيث جرى استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وذلك عبر تطوير أداة للدراسة لقياس مستوى الذكاء الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة، وقد وزعت (323) استبانة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس على رأس عملهم في الجامعات الخاصة التالية: (الإسراء، والبتراء، والشرق الأوسط)، حسب متغيرات (الرتبة الأكاديمية، والكلية، وجامعة التخرج)، وقد جرى استرداد (287) استبانة منها، تجرى اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية لسهولة وصول الباحث لها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن مستوى الذكاء الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة قد جاء بمستوى مرتفع بصورة عامة إذ كانت التقديرات الكلية مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (3.96) حسب المقياس الخماسي، وانحراف معياري (0.18). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الذكاء الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
|b The study aimed to Evaluation level of administrative intelligence among academic leaders in private Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members. The descriptive survey method was used, through developing a study tool to measure the level of administrative intelligence among academic leaders in private Jordanian universities. It was distributed (323) Questionnaire on faculty members working at the following private universities: (Al-Isra, Petra, and MEU), According to the variables: (academic rank, college, and graduation university), (287) questionnaires were retrieved, from which they were chosen intentionally for ease of access by the researcher. The results of the study showed that faculty members’ estimates of the level of administrative intelligence among academic leaders in private Jordanian universities were at a high level in general, as the overall estimates were high with an arithmetic mean of (3.96) according to the five-point scale, and a standard deviation of (0.18). The results of the study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of administrative intelligence among academic leaders in private Jordanian universities in the estimates of faculty members.
