|a يهدف البحث إلى تحليل وقياس أداء السياسية المالية المتمثلة بكل من (الموازنة العامة، الضرائب، الدين العام الداخلي) وأثرها على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في العراق خلال المدة (2003-2021)، من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي في تحليل بيانات الدراسة كمقدمات نظرية، فضلاً عن المنهج القياسي من خلال نموذج توزيع الانحدار الذاتي ذي الإبطاء الموزع، إذ أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين مؤشرات السياسة المالية والناتج المحلي الإجمالي، فعندما تنحرف نسبة مؤشرات السياسة المالية إلى (GDP) خلال المدى القصير فإنه يتصحح خلال (79%) من هذا الانحراف في العام، أي بمدة تقارب العام من أجل الوصول إلى المستوى التوازني.
|b The research aims to analyze and measure the performance of the financial policy represented by each of the general budget, taxes, internal public debt) and its impact on the gross domestic product in Iraq during the period (2003-2021), through the use of the descriptive approach in analyzing the data of the study theoretically, as well as the standard approach Through the distributed slowing autoregressive distribution model, as the research results showed that there is a co-integration relationship between the indicators of fiscal policy and GDP, when the ratio of fiscal policy indicators deviates from (GDP) during the short term, it is corrected within (79%) of this deviation in year, that is, a period of about a year in order to reach the equilibrium level.
