المستخلص: ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية هي نموذج أعمال جديد يتوسع بسرعة. ومنذ تسعينيات القرن الماضي، ظهرت مجموعة من البحوث حول ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية، مما أدى إلى ظهور عدد من التعاريف والمفاهيم والتفسيرات النظرية. تقع ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية، التي لم يتم تحديد حدودها النظرية بشكل جيد، على مفترق طرق عدة مفاهيم. ولتحديد حدودها، تعتمد على عدد من التطورات المفاهيمية والنظرية. إن ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية ظاهرة معقدة تثير الكثير من النقاشات وتجذب انتباه الفاعلين من جميع مناحي الحياة: الاقتصادية والسياسية والعلمية وغيرها. تُعرف بشكل عام على أنها استخدام نهج قائم على السوق لحل المشاكل الاجتماعية، وتنتشر في جميع أنحاء العالم كاستراتيجية جديدة للأعمال، وتفتح طرقا لتلبية الاحتياجات الاجتماعية التي أهملتها الدولة وتجمع بين الكفاءة الاقتصادية والمنفعة الاجتماعية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم الجهود الحالية لوضع تصور وسياق لريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية، مع التركيز على استكشاف الأسس النظرية الريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية وعرض المدارس الفكرية في هذا المجال.

Social entrepreneurship is a new and growing business model. Since the 1990s, a wide range of research on social entrepreneurship has emerged, giving rise to a number of definitions, conceptions and theoretical interpretations. Social entrepreneurship, whose theoretical boundaries are not well defined, lies at the crossroads of several concepts. A number of conceptual and theoretical developments are used to define its boundaries. Social entrepreneurship is a complex phenomenon that generates a great deal of debate and attracts the attention of players from all walks of life: economic, political, scientific and so on. Generally defined as the use of a market-based approach to solve social problems, it is spreading worldwide as a new business strategy, opening up ways of meeting social needs neglected by the state and combining economic efficiency with social utility. This research aims to take stock of existing efforts to conceptualize and contextualize social entrepreneurship, focusing on exploring the theoretical foundations of social entrepreneurship and presenting the schools of thought in this discipline.

Depuis les années 1990, diverses recherches sur l'entrepreneuriat social ont vu le jour, donnant lieu à un certain nombre de définitions, de conceptions et d'interprétations théoriques. L'entrepreneuriat social, dont les frontières théoriques ne sont pas bien définies, se situe au carrefour de plusieurs concepts. Pour le délimiter, il s'appuie sur un certain nombre de développements conceptuels et théoriques. L'entrepreneuriat social est un phénomène complexe qui suscite de nombreux débats et attire l'attention d'acteurs de tous horizons: économique, politique, scientifique, etc. Généralement défini comme l'utilisation d'une approche basée sur le marché pour résoudre des problèmes sociaux, il se répand dans le monde entier comme une nouvelle stratégie d'entreprise, qui ouvre des voies pour répondre aux besoins sociaux négligés par l'État et combine l'efficacité économique et l'utilité sociale. Cette recherche vise à faire le point sur les efforts existants pour conceptualiser et contextualiser l'entrepreneuriat social, en se concentrant sur l'exploration des fondements théoriques de l'entrepreneuriat social et en présentant les écoles de pensée dans cette discipline.
