|a تزايدت أهمية العملات الإلكترونية في المجتمع الحديث بفضل التقدم التكنولوجي والنمو الاجتماعي، مما عزز مكانتها ووجودها بين الأفراد. وبالتالي، من الضروري أن يوضح الباحثون الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بهذه العملات في ضوء التطورات الإلكترونية المستمرة عالميا. تعتبر العملات الإلكترونية واحدة من أحدث أشكال العملات، وأصبحت المعاملات المتعلقة بهذه الأصول الرقمية شائعة بشكل متزايد. في هذه الدراسة، تم اتباع المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لاستكشاف الموضوع وتحقيق أهداف البحث بفعالية. تبحث الدراسة الآراء المختلفة بين العلماء المعاصرين حول تبادل العملات الإلكترونية، والذي قد يتضمن تحويل العملات الافتراضية إلى عملات أخرى أو تبادل العملات الافتراضية فيما بينها. الرأي السائد بين العلماء يشير إلى أن هذه المعاملات مسموحة إذا تم استيفاء الشروط التي حددها الفقهاء. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تختلف قيمة النقود الورقية من دولة إلى أخرى، حسب قوة الغطاء الذي تتبناه كل دولة عند إصدارها.
|b Electronic currencies have become increasingly significant in modern society due to technological progress and societal development, which have elevated their status and relevance among individuals. As a result, it is crucial for researchers to clarify the Sharia rulings related to these currencies in light of the ongoing electronic developments worldwide. Electronic currencies constitute one of the newest forms of currency, and transactions involving these digital assets are becoming more widespread. In this study, an analytical-descriptive method was employed to explore the topic and meet the research objectives effectively. The research investigates the differing opinions among contemporary scholars on exchanging electronic currencies, which may include converting virtual currencies into other currencies or exchanging virtual currencies among themselves. The dominant scholarly perspective indicates that such transactions are permissible if the conditions set by Sharia scholars are met. Furthermore, the value of paper money differs from one country to another, depending on the strength of the cover each nation uses when issuing its currency.
