|a مع التقدم العلمي في عالم البناء وتطور الخرسانة كمادة إنشائية مما أدى إلى إنتاج منشآت عصرية بأحدث مبتكرات العلم الحديث في تكنولوجيا البناء باستخدام مكونات بديلة لمواد البناء تحقق الاستدامة وتكون صديقة للبيئة، حيث ازداد الاهتمام بطرق التخلص من المخلفات الصلبة التي تسبب العديد من المشاكل، ومن هنا برزت أهمية دراسة تأثير إضافة بودرة بلوك الآجر (الياجور) علي خواص الخلطة الخرسانية، حيث تم إضافة بودرة بلوك الآجر إلى الخلطات الخرسانية كبديل نسبي للإسمنت وبنسب مختلفة وكانت النسب (15%، 25%، 40%) من وزن الإسمنت، وتمت مقارنة جميع الخلطات المضاف إليها بودرة بلوك الآجر بخلطة خرسانية مرجعية وقد تم اعتماد الطريقة البريطانية (DOE) للخلط وكانت نسبة الماء للإسمنت 0.65، وكما تم اختبار الدرجة التشغيلية للخرسانة في الحالة الطازجة وتم قياسها باستخدام مخروط الهبوط وحدد مقدار الهبوط لجميع نسب الخلط، وتم اختبار مقاومة الضغط للخرسانة في الحالة الصلبة بعد 7، 14، 28 يوما من معالجة العينات ببقائها مغمورة تحت الماء وكذلك تم إجراء اختبار الشد الغير مباشر بعد 28 يوم من المعالجة تحت الماء، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن الخلطة الخرسانية ذات نسبة (15%) من بودرة بلوك الآجر كانت الأنسب للاستخدام في الأعمال الإنشائية ولوحظ أن قابلية التشغيل ومقاومة الضغط ومقاومة الشد الغير مباشر تقل تدريجيًا كلما زادت نسبة بودرة الآجر.
|b With scientific progress in the world of concrete construction as a structural material and components, it has led to the production of modern facilities. Modern scientific innovations in construction technology using replacement building materials achieve good sustainability of the infrastructure, as methods can be distinguished from solid imbalances that hide many problems. Hence, the importance of studying the impact of Adding the effects of brick blocks on the properties of the concrete mix, where brick block powder was added to the brick mixtures as a relative substitute for cement and in different relative percentages (15%, 25%, 40%) of the weight of the cement. All mixtures to which brick block powder was added were compared to a reference concrete mixture. The British method (DOE) was adopted for mixing, and the water to cement ratio was 0.65. The operational grade of concrete in the fresh state was also tested and measured using a slump cone. The amount of slump was determined for all mixing ratios. The test was also conducted. Compressive strength of concrete in the solid state after 7, 14, and 28 days of curing the samples while remaining submerged under water. An indirect tensile test was also conducted after 28 days of curing under water, where the results showed that the concrete mixture had a percentage of (15%) block powder Bricks were most suitable for use in construction works, and it was noted that workability, compression resistance, and indirect tensile resistance gradually decreased as the percentage of brick powder increased
