|a يعتبر مفهوم المجتمع المدني أساساً للحياة الديمقراطية والتشاركية في مختلف المجتمعات، يشير هذا المفهوم إلى الهيكل الاجتماعي والسياسي الذي يضم المؤسسات والمنظمات غير الحكومية والأفراد الذين يسعون لتحقيق الصالح العام والتأثير في صنع القرارات، تطور هذا المفهوم عبر التاريخ بتأثير المدارس الفكرية والفلسفية منها الفلسفة الغربية والفلسفة الحديثة بالإضافة إلى الفلسفة العربية والإسلامية، يتناول المقال تطور هذا المفهوم في ضوء هذه المدارس الفلسفية.
|b The concept of civil society is fundamental to democratic and participatory life in various societies. This concept refers to the social and political structure that includes non-governmental institutions, organizations, and individuals who seek to achieve the public good and influence decision-making. The concept of civil society has evolved throughout history, influenced by various philosophical and intellectual schools of thought, including Western and modern philosophy, as well as Arab and Islamic philosophy. This article discusses the evolution of this concept in light of these philosophical schools of thought.
