المستخلص: استهدف البحث رصد واقع تطبيق أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، جامعة بني سويف وتحديد معوقات تطبيقها وإعداد برنامج تدريبي لتنمية معارف ومهارات استخدام بعض تطبيقات المنصة التعليمية Microsoft Office 365 لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس وقياس فاعليته. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحديد الأسس النظرية للمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية وأنواعها، ووضع آليات لتفعيل تطبيقها، كما أعتمد البحث على المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة والذي يتضمن تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا على المجموعة البحثية تم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي ثم تطبيق أدوات البحث بعديا ومعالجة النتائج إحصائيا. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في: استبانة واقع تطبيق أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية، قائمة مهارات استخدام بعض تطبيقات المنصة التعليمية Microsoft office 365 اللازم تنميتها لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس، اختبار تحصيلي لمهارات بعض تطبيقات المنصة التعليمية Microsoft office 365 لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس، برنامج تدريبي في تنمية مهارات استخدام بعض تطبيقات المنصة التعليمية (Microsoft Office 365) لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس، بطاقة تقييم الأداء المهارى في استخدام بعض تطبيقات المنصة التعليمية Microsoft Office 365 لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن هناك ضعف في تطبيق أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمنصات الإلكترونية ويرجع ذلك إلى مجموعة من المعوقات الإدارية والبشرية والتقنية، فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية معارف ومهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في استخدام بعض تطبيقات المنصة التعليمية Microsoft Office 365 حيث تبين أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة تقييم الأداء المهارى في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي. وقدم البحث عدة توصيات لتطبيق المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية منها: حصر الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس حول كيفية استخدام المنصة، إنشاء بيئة تكنولوجيه تلائم تطبيق المنصات الرقمية، وتوفير مبرمجين لتطوير منصة الكلية.

The research aimed to monitor the reality of faculty members' application of electronic educational platforms at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Beni Suef University, and to identify obstacles to their application, and to prepare a training program to develop the knowledge and skills of using some Microsoft Office 365 applications among faculty members, and to measure the effectiveness of the training program. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach to determine the theoretical foundations of electronic educational platforms and their types, and to develop mechanisms to activate their application. The research also relied on the single-group experimental approach, which includes applying the research tools beforehand to the research group. The training program was applied, then the research tools were applied afterward, and the results were processed statistically. The research tools were: a questionnaire on the reality of faculty members’ application of electronic educational platforms, a list of skills for using some Microsoft Office 365 educational platform applications that must be developed among faculty members, an achievement test for the skills of some Microsoft Office 365 educational platform applications among faculty members, a training program for developing skills for using some Microsoft Office 365 educational platform applications among faculty members, and a performance evaluation card for using some Microsoft Office 365 educational platform applications among faculty members. The research reached several results, including: There is a weakness in the application of electronic platforms among faculty members due to a set of administrative, human and technical obstacles. The effectiveness of the training program in developing the knowledge and skills of faculty members in using some applications of the Microsoft Office 365 educational platform was proven, as it was found that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the achievement test and the observation card in the pre- and post-applications in favor of the post-measurement. The research presented several recommendations for implementing electronic educational platforms, including: identifying the training needs of faculty members on how to use the platform, creating a technological environment that suits the application of digital platforms, and providing programmers to develop the college platform.
