المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور مهارات الاتصال السياحي للدليل السياحي في نجاحفعالية الرحلة السياحية، من خلال تقديم مقترحات تساهم في نجاح هذه الرحلة، والتركيز على أهم مهارات الاتصال السياحي التي يجب أن يمتلكها الدليل لتحقيق الرضا الكافي للسائحين، بما يعود بالفائدة على القطاع السياحي من خلال زيادة أعداد السياح، وزيادة الدخل القومي، ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي/ SPSS 25/ حيث اشتملت عينة البحث على عينة من الأدلاء السياحيين في محافظتي حمص وطرطوس وبلغ عددهم/ 30/ دليلاً، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق جوهرية بين إجابات المستقصى آراؤهم حول دور مهارات الاتصال السياحي لدى الدليل السياحي في نجاح فعالية الرحلة السياحية تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، العمر، الخبرة الوظيفية، المؤهل العلمي، المستوى الوظيفي) للعينة المدروسة. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: -وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمهارة الاستماع والإنصات وبين نجاح فعالية الرحلة السياحية. -وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمهارة التحدث والحوار والإقناع وبين نجاح فعالية الرحلة السياحية. -وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمهارة لغة الجسد وتعبيرات الوجه وبين نجاح فعالية الرحلة السياحية. -وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمهارة الاتصال السياحي وبين نجاح فعالية الرحلة السياحية.

The research aimed to identify the role of the tourist communication skills of the tour guide in the success of the effectiveness of the tourist trip, by presenting proposals that contribute to the success of this trip, and focusing on the most important tourist communication skills that the guide must possess to achieve sufficient satisfaction for the tourists, which will benefit the tourism sector. By increasing the number of tourists and increasing national income, To achieve this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method using the statistical program (SPSS 25), where the research sample included a sample of tourist guides in the governorates of Homs and Tartous, and their number reached 30 guides. They were selected by a simple random method after verifying its validity and reliability. The results indicated that there were no fundamental differences between the answers of the respondents and their opinions about the role of the tourist communication skills of the tour guide in the success of the effectiveness of the tourist trip due to demographic variables (gender, age, job experience, academic qualification, job level) of the sample studied, and one of the most important results of the research: - There is a statistically significant effect of the listening skill and the success of the effectiveness of the tourist trip. - There is a statistically significant effect of the skills of speaking, dialogue, and persuasion on the success of the effectiveness of the tourist trip. - There is a statistically significant effect of the skill of body language and facial expressions on the success of the effectiveness of the tourist trip. - There is a statistically significant effect of the tourist communication skill and the success of the effectiveness of the tourist trip.
