|a تناولت هذه الدراسة أهم الفروق المنهجية والأصولية بين كتاب منتهى الوصول والأمل، ومختصر المنتهى كلاهما لابن الحاجب رضي الله عنه، من ناحية هيكل المتن الأصولي، وما يتعلق بمنهج المؤلف في دراسة المسألة الأصولية، فاحتوت الدراسة على مقدمة فيها أهمية علم الأصول، وتمهيد فيه أهمية الكتابين ومنزلتهما، ثم مباحث الموازنة بين الكتابين من ناحية الحجم، وترتيب الموضوعات، وعند المسائل الزائدة والموجودة في المنتهى دون المختصر، والتعريفات اللغوية والاصطلاحية الخاصة بالمؤلف أو التي نقلها عن غيره، وعرض المسائل وصياغتها، وطريقة دراستها من حيث العنوان، وتصوير المسألة وتحرير محل النزاع، وذكر جملة من الاتفاقات الأصولية التي أورها في المنتهى دون المختصر، وذكر الأقوال ونسبتها لأصحابها، وذكر الأدلة والتوسع في الاستدلال، والاعتراض عليها، والجواب عنها، ومن حيث الترجيح والاختيار، ومن ناحية الجمع بين المسائل، و من ناحية التقسيمات والفروق الواردة في المنتهى دون المختصر، وكذلك القيود والشروط الواردة في المنتهى دون المختصر، ثم ختمت الدراسة بأهم النتائج والتوصيات.
|b This study dealt with the most important methodological and fundamental differences between the book Muntaha al-Wusool and al-Amal, and Mukhtasar al-Muntaha, both by Ibn al-Hajib, peace be upon him, in terms of the structure of the fundamentalist text, and what is related to the author’s approach in studying the fundamentalist issue. The study contained an introduction in which the importance of the science of fundamentalism, and a preface in it to the importance and status of the two books, Then there are discussions on the balance between the two books in terms of size, arrangement of topics, the number of extra issues that are present in the end without the summary, the linguistic and terminological definitions specific to the author or those that he quoted from others, the presentation and formulation of the issues, the method of studying them in terms of the title, depicting the issue and editing out the subject of the dispute, and mentioning a sentence. Among the fundamental agreements that he explained in the end without the summary, mentioning the sayings and attributing them to their owners, mentioning the evidence and expansion in reasoning, objection to them, and answering them, in terms of weighting and choosing, and in terms of combining issues, and in terms of the divisions and differences mentioned in the end without the summary, as well as The restrictions and conditions are stated at the end without the summary. The study is then concluded with the most important results and recommendations.
