المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث جملة من نوازل الصلاة والجنائز والصيام والحج مما للنية أثر في تغير حكمها، وانتظم هذا البحث في مقدمة احتوت على ضابط الموضوع وأهميته وأسباب اختياره وتمهيد احتوى على تعريف بالنية والنوازل، وثلاثة مباحث، الأول: في متابعة الأذان المسجل وانتهى إلى عدم صحة متابعته، وفي الرقية بصوت المسجل وانتهى إلى عدم اعتبارها رقية شرعية، والثاني: في الصيام فيمن خُدِّر وأغمي عليه قبل نية الصوم، والثانية: فيمن أغمي عليه بعد النية ولم يفق جزءا من النهار وفي كل منهما عدم صحة صومه، والثالث: فيمن أغمي عليه طيلة وقت الوقوف بعرفة وحمل بسيارة الإسعاف إلى عرفة، ومن خدر كل ليلة مزدلفة وانتهى إلى صحة وقوفهما. إنه من خلال البحث والتقصي في بيانات النشر المدونة في قواعد المعلومات لم أقف على بحث، فقهي تناول موضوع (أثر النية على نوازل الصلاة والجنائز والصيام والحج)، وهناك رسائل تناولت النوازل الفقهية ومنها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: النوازل الفقهية وأحكامها في الطهارة والصلاة لباسم القرافي، رسالة ماجستير بقسم الفقه بكلية الشريعة. النوازل الفقهية في الصلاة لإدريس عبد القادر، رسالة ماجستير بقسم الفقه بكلية الشريعة. نوازل متعلقة بالصلاة لمقبل العلياني، رسالة دكتوراه بقسم الفقه بكلية الشريعة. نوازل الصيام لسعاد العجلان، رسالة ماجستير بقسم الفقه بكلية الشريعة. نوازل الحج لعلي الشلعان، رسالة دكتوراه بقسم الفقه بكلية الشريعة.

This research deals with a number of calamities related to prayer, funerals, fasting, and Hajj, which have an effect on the intention changing its ruling. This research is organized into an introduction that contains the definition of the topic, its importance, and the reasons for choosing it, and a preface that contains a definition of the intention and calamities, and three topics, the first: in following up on the recorded call to prayer and concluding that following it is invalid. And in the ruqyah in the voice of the recorder and concluded that it is not considered a legal ruqyah. The second: in fasting in one who became drugged and fainted before intending to fast. The second: in one who fainted after the intention and did not wake up for part of the day, and in each of them his fast is not valid. The third: in one who fainted for a period of time. He stood in Arafat and was taken by ambulance to Arafat, and he went to Muzdalifah every night and determined that their standing was valid. Through research and investigation of the publication data recorded in the information databases, I did not find a jurisprudential research that dealt with the topic (the effect of intention on the calamities of prayer, funerals, fasting, and Hajj). There are treatises that dealt with the calamities of jurisprudence, including, but not limited to: calamities of jurisprudence and their rulings on purity and prayer in the name of God.
