| 520 | |b The objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of local governance in improving public service within the Tlemcen municipality. To collect data for the practical study, a questionnaire was distributed to 46 employees of the municipality of Tlemcen. The data was analyzed with the help of the PLS-SEM tool. The hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between local governance and improved public services in the commune of Tlemcen was validated after the results were evaluated. This indicates that the improvement of public services provided by the commune of Tlemcen in particular and by public services in general is positively impacted by local government. Additionally, we found that both the quality of public services provided and the implementation of local governance concepts like accountability and openness are positively correlated. | ||
