المستخلص: اتجهت الدول مؤخراً إلى وضع خطط للمعلوماتية وجعل التقنيات الحديثة والثورة المعلوماتية في مناهج التعليم والتدريس المعتمد علي دمج التكنولوجيا بالتعليم واقعاً فعلياً وحقيقة ملموسة للتغلب علي مشكلات التعليم التقليدي، ومنها التدفق الطلابي، التقدم المتسارع في مجالات المعرفة، تأثير تقنيات التعليم والاتصالات في مجال التعليم، ارتفاع التكاليف، عدم كفاية الوقت بالنسبة للمحتوي التعليمي، عدم مناسبة النتائج المحققة لسوق العمل، جمود النظام التعليمي الحالي، وبالتالي فقد حدثت تحولات في بعض أساليب التعليم والتعلم، وبعد أسلوب الدمج بين استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة واستخدام التقنيات التكنولوجية من الأساليب المستحدثة في القرن الحالي الذي يساهم في زيادة فاعلية الطالب، ويُمكّن الطالب من تحمل مسؤولية أكبر حيث يصبح الطالب أكثر قدرة علي الاكتشاف والتحليل والتركيب واكتساب مهارات تعلم عالية المستوي، تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير استراتيجية الرؤوس المرقمة باستخدام تقنية الهلوجرام في تحسين المستوى الرقمي بمسابقة الوثب العالي لطلاب كلية التربية الرياضية- جامعة الإسكندرية، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الشبه تجريبي ذو تصميم القياسين القبلي- البعدي pretest post test design لملاحظة السببية أو التأثير من خلال الكشف عن دلالة الفروق في النتائج لمجموعة تجريبية واحدة استراتيجية الرؤوس المرقمة باستخدام تقنية الهلوجرام ويمثل مجتمع البحث طلاب المستوى الأول بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين جامعة الإسكندرية في العام الأكاديمي ۲۰۲۳/ ۲۰۲٤ والمسجلين لمقرر مسابقات الميدان والمضمار (مسابقة الوثب العالي) في تيرم الربيع، حيث تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية وعددهم (۳۰) ثلاثون طالباً أما عينة المعاملات العلمية (الصدق والثبات) بلغ عددها (۲۰) طالباً من مجتمع البحث وخارج العينة المستهدفة للتطبيق واستعانا الباحثان بالوسائل والأدوات التالية لجمع البيانات قياس معدلات النمو (الطول- الوزن- السن) جهاز الرستامير لقياس الطول الكلى للجسم، ميزان طبي معاير لقياس الوزن- مراتب- جهاز الوثب العالي- ساعة إيقاف شريط قياس علامات ضابطة- مسطرة متدرجة- أستمارة تقييم الأداء المهاري، ومن أهم النتائج أثرت استراتيجية الرؤوس المرقمة باستخدام تقنية الهولجرام HOLOGRAM" تأثيرا إيجابيا في المستوي الرقمي لمسابقة الوثب العالي لطلاب المستوى الأول بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين- جامعة الإسكندرية، ومن أهم التوصيات استخدام استراتيجية الرؤوس المرقمة باستخدام تقنية الهولجرام "HOLOGRAM" في تعليم مسابقة الوثب العالي لطلاب كلية التربية الرياضية للبنين- جامعة الإسكندرية، إجراء مزيد من الدراسات والبحوث العلمية باستخدام استراتيجية الرؤوس المرقمة باستخدام تقنية الهولجرام HOLOGRAM" في مسابقات الميدان والمضمار وأنشطة حركية (جماعية وفردية) أخري وكذلك إجراء مزيد من البحوث باستخدام استراتيجيات النظرية البنائية القائمة على تفعيل دور المتعلم وكذلك استخدام التقنيات التكنولوجية وإدماجها في عملية التعليم والتدريب.

Countries have recently tended to develop plans for informatics and to make modern technologies and the information revolution in education and teaching curricula based on integrating technology into education an actual reality and a tangible reality to overcome the problems of traditional education, including student flow, rapid progress in the fields of knowledge, the impact of educational and communications technologies in the field of education, the rise in Costs, insufficient time for educational content, inadequacy of the results achieved for the labor market, and the stagnation of the current educational system. Consequently, transformations have occurred in some teaching and learning methods, and the method of combining modern teaching strategies and the use of technological techniques is one of the new methods in the current century that contributes to Increasing the student's effectiveness, and enabling the student to assume greater responsibility, as the student becomes more capable of discovery, analysis, synthesis, and acquiring high-level learning skills. The study aims to know the effect of the numbered heads strategy using hologram technology in improving the digital level in the high jump competition for students of the Faculty of Physical Education- Alexandria University. The researchers used the quasi-experimental method with a pretest-post test design to observe causality or effect by revealing the significance of the differences in the results for one experimental group. The numbered heads strategy using hologram technology. The research community represents first-level students at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Alexandria University. In the academic year 4142/4141, those registered for the field and track competitions course (high jump competition) in the spring semester, where the research sample was chosen randomly and numbered (11) thirty students, while the sample of scientific transactions (honesty and consistency) numbered (41) students from the research community and outside The target sample for the application. The researchers used the following methods and tools to collect data: measuring growth rates (height- weight- age) , a Restamer device to measure the total length of the body, a calibrated medical scale to measure weight- mattresses- a high jump device- a stop watch- a tape measure- control marks- a graduated ruler.- A skill performance evaluation form. One of the most important results was that the strategy of numbered heads using hologram technology had a positive impact on the digital level of the high jump competition for first-level students at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys- Alexandria University. One of the most important recommendations was the use of the strategy of numbered heads using hologram technology. “In teaching the high jump competition to students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys- Alexandria University, conducting further studies and scientific research using the strategy of numbered heads using the hologram technology in field and track competitions and other movement activities (group and individual) , as well as conducting further research using theoretical strategies.” Constructivism is based on activating the role of the learner, as well as using technological techniques and integrating them into the education and training process.
