المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الصعوبات التي تواجه تحكيم كرة السلة من وجهة نظر مكونات اللعبة في فلسطين، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملاءمته لطبيعة وأهداف الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (151) عنصرا من عناصر اللعبة في فلسطين والمسجلين في سجلات الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة السلة في الموسم (2022/2023) للدرجة الممتازة والذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وتكونت أداة الدراسة بصورتها النهائية من (43) عبارة وزعت على (2) محور وهما: الصعوبات الفنية والصعوبات الإدارية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة الكلية للصعوبات التي تواجه التحكيم في كرة السلة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وأن أكثر الصعوبات التي تواجه التحكيم في فلسطين هي الصعوبات الفنية حيث جاءت بدرجة كبيرة في حين جاءت الصعوبات الإدارية بدرجة متوسطة، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة وأكثر الصعوبات التي تواجه التحكيم وتعزى لمتغير المنطقة الجغرافية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصعوبات الإدارية تعزى لمتغير المهنة وإلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصعوبات الفنية تعزى لمتغير المهنة ولصالح اللاعبين والمدربين. ويوصي الباحث بضرورة قيام الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة السلة بإجراء الاختبارات البدنية للحكام قبل بداية الموسم الرياضي.

The study aimed to identify the difficulties facing basketball arbitration from the point of view of the components of the game in Palestine. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature and objectives of the study. The study sample consisted of (151) elements of the game in Palestine and registered in the records of the Palestinian Basketball Association In the season (2022/2023) for the excellent class, who were chosen randomly, and the study tool in its final form consisted of (43) phrases distributed on (2) axes, namely: technical difficulties and administrative difficulties. The results of the study showed that the college degree of the difficulties facing arbitration in basketball came to a large degree, and that the most difficulties facing arbitration in Palestine are technical difficulties, which came to a large degree, while the administrative difficulties came to a moderate degree, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences in The degree and most of the difficulties facing arbitration are attributed to the variable of the geographical area, and there are no statistically significant differences in the administrative difficulties due to the profession variable, and to the presence of statistically significant differences in the technical difficulties due to the profession variable and in favor of the players and coaches. The researcher recommends that the Palestinian Basketball Association conduct physical tests for the referees before the start of the sports season.
