|a إن وجود الفساد في قطاعات ومؤسسات المجتمع يمثل خطورة بالغة على هذا المجتمع، حيث تداخل هذه القطاعات والمؤسسات مع غالبية قطاعات ومؤسسات المجتمع الأخرى، ويعد قطاع السياسة الاجتماعية واحدًا من تلك القطاعات الحيوية في المجتمع. والفساد بقطاع ومؤسسات السياسة الاجتماعية من القضايا الهامة والخطيرة التي يجب على الباحثين والأكاديميين والممارسين للسياسة الاجتماعية دراستها وبحثها؛ وذلك للوقوف على أسبابها وإيجاد الحلول الممكنة للتصدي لها والحد منها، وذلك حتى نضمن سياسة اجتماعية فاعلة ومحققة لأهدافها بالمجتمع، وفي ضوء ذلك ستناقش الورقة البحثية الحالية المحاور التالية: - أهداف ووظائف السياسة الاجتماعية. - الفساد بقطاع ومؤسسات السياسة الاجتماعية. - المساءلة والعدالة الاجتماعية.
|b The presence of corruption in sectors and institutions of society represents an extreme danger to this society, as these sectors and institutions overlap with the majority of other sectors and institutions of society, and the social policy sector is one of those vital sectors in society. Corruption in the social policy sector and institutions is one of the important and serious issues that researchers, academics, and social policy practitioners must study and research. This is to identify its causes and find possible solutions to address and reduce them, in order to ensure an effective social policy that achieves its goals in society. In light of this, the current research paper will discuss the following topics: - The goals and functions of social policy. - Corruption in the social policy sector and institutions. - Accountability and social justice.
