المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى: تعرف الإدارة الاستراتيجية وعلاقتها بمتغيرات التحول الرقمي بالمؤسسات الشبابية والرياضية بعد جائحة كورونا، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات تطبيق التحول الرقمي بالمؤسسات الشبابية والرياضية، واستخدمت الدراسة: المنهج الوصفي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (201) من رؤساء المديريات والأندية والمراكز الشبابية والرياضية، والتزم الباحث بتطبيق الاستبيان للرؤساء. واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات بعد تطبيقه، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - 1. وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة وفقا لمتغير المؤهل: (متوسط، بكالوريوس، دراسات علبا وماجستير ودكتوراه). 2. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا للإدارة الاستراتيجية عند مستوى (01,0) تبعا للمؤهل بين كل من عينة الدراسة ذوي المؤهل المتوسط ومؤهل البكالوريوس لصالح مؤهل (البكالوريوس). 3. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا للإدارة الاستراتيجية عند مستوى (0.01) تبعا للمؤهل بين كل من عينة الدراسة ذوي المؤهل المتوسط ومؤهل الدراسات العليا والماجستير والدكتوراه لصالح (مؤهل الدراسات العليا والماجستير والدكتوراه). 4. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات ساكني الريف وساكني الحضر من عينة الدراسة على كلاً من الإدارة الاستراتيجية ومتغيرات التحول الرقمي لصالح (ساكني الحضر). 5. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات ذوي الخبرة الأقل من 10 سنوات وذوي الخبرة الأكثر من 10 سنوات من عينة الدراسة على كلاً من الإدارة الاستراتيجية ومتغيرات التحول الرقمي لصالح (ذوي الخبرة الأكثر من 10 سنوات). وأوصت الدراسة، بإعداد برامج وورش عمل للعاملين ورؤساء المديريات والأندية والمراكز الشبابية في مجال التحول الرقمي والأنظمة التكنولوجية المستخدمة، وإنشاء إدارة مستقلة للتحول الرقمي في ضوء محددات الاتحاد الدولي، والتخطيط السليم لتطبيق نظام التحول الرقمي بالمؤسسات الشبابية والرياضية.

The study aimed to: Identify strategic management and its relationship to the variables of digital transformation in youth and sports institutions after the Corona pandemic, and the study aimed to identify obstacles to applying digital transformation in youth and sports institutions, and the study used the descriptive approach and the study sample consisted of (201) heads of directorates, clubs and youth centers And sports, and the researcher committed to applying the questionnaire to the heads. The study used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data after its application, the study reached the following results: 1. There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the averages of the responses of the study sample according to the qualification variable: (average, BA, MA studies and PhD). 2. The existence of statistically significant differences for strategic management at the level (01,0) according to the qualification between each of the study sample with intermediate qualification and a bachelor’s degree in favor of a qualification (bachelor). 3. The existence of statistically significant differences for strategic management at the level of (0.01) according to the qualification between each of the study sample with intermediate qualification and the qualification of postgraduate studies, masters and doctoral degrees in favor of (postgraduate qualification, masters and doctorate). 4. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the rural and urban dwellers of the study sample on both the strategic management and the digital transformation variables in favor of (urban dwellers). 5. The existence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of those with less than 10 years of experience and those with more than 10 years of experience from the study sample on both strategic management and digital transformation variables in favor of (those with more than 10 years of experience). The study recommended preparing programs and workshops for employees and heads of directorates, clubs and youth centers in the field of digital transformation and the technological systems used, establishing an independent department for digital transformation in light of the International Federation's determinants, and proper planning for implementing the digital transformation system in youth and sports institutions.
