المستخلص: يعد مجال رعاية الشباب من أهم المجالات في تنمية المجتمعات ووسيلة التقدم، حيث أصبح من الضروري لبناء المجتمعات وجود قوة تستطيع المساهمة في بناء تلك المجتمعات وتقوم على تقدمها وتطورها، وهذه القوة تتمركز في جماعات الشباب حيث أنهم وقود عجلة التنمية والتقدم وبناة المستقبل، وعلى عاتقهم تقع التطورات المستقبلية وهو ما دفع الباحثان للوصول إلى دور الحوار الجماعي وأهميته في تنمية ثقافة الشباب، وبناء قدراتهم والوصول إلى أفكارهم وتدعيمها وتوجهها لما يفيد مجتمعهم. ويعتبر الحوار الجماعي وسيلة من وسائل التعبير التي تستخدمها الخدمة الاجتماعية عامة وطريقة خدمة الجماعة خاصة مع أعضائها لأنها تساهم في إشباع رغبات وميول واحتياجات الأعضاء، كذلك مشاركتهم في النشاط وإقبالهم على الاشتراك فيه، كما يتيح للأعضاء التنفيس عن رغباتهم المكبوتة وتهيئة الفرص لاكتشاف الاستعدادات والمهارات وتنمية القدرة على الابتكار والتفكير الواقعي والعقلاني. وتنطلق هذه الدراسة من تساؤل رئيس مؤداه "ما دور الحوار الجماعي في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية ثقافة المواطنة لدى جماعات الشباب؟".

One of the most important areas in the development of societies and progress is the field of youth care, which has become necessary for building societies and the presence of a force that can build those societies and is based on their progress and development. This power is concentrated in youth groups, as they are the fuel of the wheel of development and progress and the builders of the future, and it is on their shoulders that future developments fall, which is what prompted the researcher to reach To the role of collective dialogue and its importance in developing youth culture, building their capabilities, reaching their ideas, strengthening them, and directing them to what benefits society. Group dialogue is considered a means of expression used by the method of serving the group with its members because it contributes to the satisfaction of the desires, inclinations and needs of the members, as well as their participation in the activity and their willingness to participate in it. It also allows the members to vent their pent-up desires and creates opportunities to discover aptitudes and skills and develop the ability to innovate and think realistically. This study is based on a main question: “What is the role of collective dialogue in serving the community to develop a culture of citizenship among youth groups?”.
