المستخلص: برعت مدرسة الحلة في المزج بين أصول الفقه، والتفسير وذلك ما تجلى واضحا في لون من ألوان التفسير ألا وهو التفسير الفقهي، إذ اشتمل القرآن الكريم على تشريعات لقواعد كلية أسست فروعا وتفصيلات يحتاج إليها الإنسان في كل زمان ومكان منذ نزول القرآن إلى يوم الدين، ويمثل ذلك ثلاثمئة آية على قول، وخمسمئة على قول آخر، وأطلق عليها علمائنا من قدامى ومحدثين آيات الأحكام، فقد ابتكر المفسرون القدامى- ومنذ القرن الثاني للهجرة- منهجا للنقد والفحص بقصد سبر الروايات والآراء، وتقصي المعاني الراجحة المبنية على أسس علمية محكمة، تؤسس بدورها ركائز علمية، ولكنها غالبا ما تكون ممزوجة بأهواء أصحابها، وهذا لا يتبين إلا لعارف باتجاهات التفسير صحيحها من منحرفها، إذ إن الأعم الأغلب من المفسرين قد استعان على رأي أو رواية أو مستند نصي، فإما يوافقه وإما يخالفه، وهو المنهج الصحيح للتفسير، إذ لابد للمفسر من نص يعتمد عليه في تفسيره ولا يكون هذا التفسير نابعا من هواه أو ميوله، وسواء أكان هذا النص موافقا لما جاء في القرآن الكريم وأخذ به المفسر أو العكس فإنه الاثنين من صور النقد، فهذه المادة جديرة بالبحث والدراسة من هنا كان لزاما على الباحث بيان ما توصل إليه مفسري الحلة من نقود، إذ إن الخوض في هذا المجال العلمي المثمر، والنافع يسلط الضوء على الإمكانات العلمية التي يتمتع بها علماؤها، وفنونهم الخاصة بالتعامل مع النصوص، وكيفية الأخذ منها، وألفاظهم الخاصة بالنقد، كل هذا يعد بابا لخدمة من خدم القرآن الكريم.

Ancient commentators - since the second century AH - have devised a method of criticism and examination with the aim of examining narrations and opinions, and investigating the most likely meanings based on solid scientific foundations, which in turn establish scientific foundations, but they are often mixed with the whims of their authors, and this It is only clear to someone who knows the directions of interpretation whether they are true or deviant, as the majority of commentators have relied on an opinion, a narration, or a textual document, and either agrees with it or disagrees with it, and it is the correct approach to interpretation .The interpreter must have a text that he can rely on in his interpretation, and this interpretation should not stem from his whims or inclinations. Whether this text agrees with what was stated in the Holy Qur’an and the interpreter took it, or vice versa, it is both forms of criticism. This material is worthy of research and study, hence it is necessary. The researcher must explain what the commentators of Al-Hilla have reached in terms of criticism, as delving into this fruitful and useful scientific field sheds light on the scientific capabilities enjoyed by its scholars, their special arts of dealing with texts, how to take from them, and their words related to criticism. All of this is considered a door to serving... Who served the Holy Quran.
