المستخلص: تعد حركة قطاع النقل ذات أغراض متنوعة ومتبادلة مع الأنشطة الاقتصادية فهو العنصر المحرك الرئيسي لكل النشاطات في تلبية احتياجاته اليومية المهمة، بالتالي تولد حركة العمل والتسوق بذلك يترك الأثر الواضح في أغلب مفاصل الحياة، إذ تهدف إلى معرفة الإثار المترتبة لطرق النقل البرية وفعاليتها الحركية على التنمية المكانية للقطاع الصناعي (المنشآت الكبيرة والمتوسطة الحجم) في محافظة بابل، إذ أن تحليل التأثير المتبادل بين القطاعات الاقتصادية وفعاليتها الحركية، تعد من الدراسات المركبة التي تسعى إلى تحليل الارتباط بين أكثر من متغير، إذا لا يمكن للقطاع الصناعي إن يستغني عن النقل، من جانب آخر نجد عدم قدرة القطاع الصناعي في الاستغناء عن الأيدي العاملة والمواد الأولية ومصادر الطاقة، وهنا العامل الرابط بين العملية الإنتاجية ومتطلباتها هو قطاع النقل البري، لذلك تتعدد الارتباطات بينهما، ومن الجدير بالذكر أن كثير من الباحثين الجغرافيين اهتم في دراستهم على تحديد مدى كفاءة طرق النقل في اختيار الموقع المناسب من جهة وأداره العملية الإنتاجية في القطاع الصناعي، إذ تتجه الصناعة نحو المواقع التي تتركز فيها خدمات النقل على اعتبار أن النقل من العوامل المؤثرة في تحقيق الوفورات الاقتصادية من خلال نقل السلع والمواد الأولية الخام ومصادر الطاقة، فضلاً عن نقل الأيدي العاملة المحلية الرخيصة الأجر، كما يجب أن لا ننسى بأن النقل في الصناعة يمثل العلاقة بين المنتج والمستهلك في الوقت ذاته، ولاشك بذلك أن طرق النقل بمثابة حلقة الوصول بين مناطق الاستهلاك والإنتاج وهذا يوضح دور النقل في قيام الصناعة.

The movement of the transportation sector has diverse purposes and is mutual with economic activities. It is the main driving factor for all activities in meeting their important daily needs. Thus, it generates the movement of work and shopping, thus leaving a clear impact in most aspects of life. It aims to know the effects of land transportation methods and their mobility effectiveness on development. The spatial location of the industrial sector (large and medium-sized establishments) in Babil Governorate, as the analysis of the mutual influence between the economic sectors and their dynamic effectiveness is one of the complex studies that seeks to analyze the relationship between more than one variable, since the industrial sector cannot do without transportation, on the one hand. Finally, we find the inability of the industrial sector to dispense with manpower, raw materials, and energy sources. Here, the linking factor between the production process and its requirements is the land transportation sector, so there are multiple connections between them. It is worth noting that many geographical researchers focused in their studies on determining the efficiency of transportation methods. On the one hand, in choosing the appropriate location and managing the production process in the industrial sector, as the industry is moving towards locations where transportation services are concentrated, considering that transportation is one of the factors influencing the achievement of economic savings through the transportation of goods, raw raw materials, and energy sources, as well as the transportation of local labor. Cheap wages. We must also not forget that transportation in industry represents the relationship between the producer and the consumer at the same time. There is no doubt that transportation roads serve as a link between areas of consumption and production, and this explains the role of transportation in establishing industry.
