|a سلطت هذه الدراسة الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه الإدارة الإلكترونية في قطر بحيث أسهمت بشكل كبير في تحسين الأداء الإداري عبر عدة جوانب رئيسية، كونها أضفت مزيدا من الكفاءة والشفافية على العمليات الحكومية، وساهمت في تسريع الإجراءات؛ من خلال تحويل الخدمات الإدارية إلى أنظمة رقمية، بحيث أصبح الوصول إلى المعلومات والخدمات أكثر سهولة وسرعة، مما أدى إلى تحسين مستوى رضا المواطنين وتعزيز فعالية العمل، وبناءً عليه فالإدارة الإلكترونية ساعدت في تطوير الأداء الإداري وجعلته أكثر مرونة وقدرة على التكيف مع التحديات المستقبلية.
|b This study highlighted the role played by e-administration in Qatar, as it contributed significantly to improving administrative performance through several key aspects, as it added more efficiency and transparency to government operations, and contributed to speeding up procedures; by transforming administrative services into digital systems, access to information and services became easier and faster, which led to improving the level of satisfaction of citizens and enhancing work effectiveness, and accordingly, e-administration helped develop administrative performance and made it more flexible. and the ability to adapt to future challenges.
