المستخلص: ركز هذا البحث على الموضوعات المهمة التي تناولها القرآن الكريم موضوع الطغاة والطغيان والاستبداد، اللذين كانا محورا هاما في كتاب الله تعالى، يوضح مفهوم الطغاة، والتعريف بالطاغين والمستبدين وأنواعهم وصفاتهم، وبواعث الطغيان والمستبدين لديهم وأساليبهم ومصائرهم، وظل القرآن الكريم عبر تاريخ المسلمين المصدر الذي يستمد منه المسلمون التصورات، وكان ذلك مصدر قوتهم وعزتهم، وباعثهم من الكسل الحضاري، ودافعهم نحو المراقي، وأدرك الكفار خطورة القرآن الكريم على كفرهم وطغيانهم، فسعوا إلى محاربته، فتداعوا إلى لقاءات وندوات سجل التاريخ الكثير منها، كان هدفها الأول والأخير إيجاد حل لحرب القرآن الكريم، ولكن هيهات، هيهات للباطل أن يطفئ النور الذي يضيء حياة المسلمين، ففشلت كل خططهم وتلاشت جهودهم، وصارت حسرة عليهم، ثم نجد إن أسوأ أنواع الطغيان هو عندما تخضع العقول التي خلقها الله حرة لإرادة أناس مجردين من أي أخلاق أو كفاية أو إنسانية، وعندما يدرج الناس على هذه الحالة يألفوها وتصبح وكأنها طبيعة عادية، والفرد في هذه يعدها نعمة كبرى أن يأخذ الطاغية نصف أمواله ويشكره لأنه لم يأخذها كلها. وفي هذه الحالة يربي الناس أولادهم ليسوقهم الطاغية إلى حروبه الخاصة التي تزيد من أملاكه وجرأته وحمقه، ويستغل الطاغية هذا الخضوع فيدمر الإنسان من داخله، ويمسخ شخصيته، ويبعده عن العلم النافع والثقافة المضادة للاستبداد، ثم شنّع القرآن كثيرا على الظلم والظالمين، وفصّل في طرائق المستبدين في استعباد الناس، كي يكون المسلمون على حذر من هذه، الظاهرة البشرية ولا يسمحون للطغاة في التحكم في رقابهم، بل يجب عليهم مقاومة الاستبداد لأنه يفسد حياة الإنسان فكريا وأخلاقيا واقتصاديا، وقصة موسى عليه السلام مع فرعون هي أكثر القصص القرآني ورودا، وفيها تحليل لشخصية فرعون وقرن هذا الاستبداد السياسي والاستبداد المالي عندما ذكر قصة قارون لأنهما يتعاونان للسيطرة على الشعوب، وهذا ما نشاهده وتكشفت عنه الحقائق في كثير من الدول العربية حيث نهبت المليارات وضيعة الثروات، لأن الطاغية يعتبر أن الأرض والشعب ملك له ولذا كان اختيار البحث (مناهضة الاستبداد والطغيان بين القرآن الكريم والكتاب المقدس دراسة مقارنة).

This research focused on the important topics dealt with in the Holy Qur’an, the topic of tyrants, tyranny, and tyranny, which were an important focus in the Book of God Almighty. It explains the concept of tyrants, the definition of tyrants and tyrants, their types and characteristics, the motives for tyranny and tyrants, their methods and destinies, and the Holy Qur’an throughout the history of Muslims has remained the source from which it derives. Muslims’ perceptions of it, and that was the source of their strength and pride, their source of cultural laziness, and their drive towards hypocrisy, and the infidels realized the danger of the Holy Qur’an Despite their disbelief and tyranny, they sought to fight it, so they called for meetings and seminars, many of which have been recorded in history, whose first and last goal was to find a solution to the war of the Holy Qur’an, but far from it, far far from it, for falsehood to extinguish the light that illuminates the lives of Muslims, so all their plans failed and their efforts vanished, and it became a regret for them. Then we find that the worst type of tyranny is when the minds that God created free are subject to the will of people devoid of any morals, competence, or humanity. When people become accustomed to this state, they become accustomed to it and it becomes as if it were normal nature. The individual considers this a great blessing for the tyrant to take half of his money and thank him Because he didn't take it all. In this case, people raise their children so that the tyrant drags them into his own wars, which increase his possessions, his audacity, and his foolishness. The tyrant exploits this submission and destroys the person from within, distorts his personality, and distances him from useful knowledge and anti-tyranny culture. Then the Qur’an greatly denounces injustice and the oppressors, and details the methods of tyrants. In enslaving people, so that Muslims can be wary of this human phenomenon and not allow tyrants to control their necks. Rather, they must resist tyranny because it corrupts human life intellectually, morally, and economically The story of Moses, peace be upon him, with Pharaoh is the most frequent Qur’anic story, and it contains an analysis of Pharaoh’s character and the connection between this political tyranny and financial tyranny when he mentioned the story of Qarun, because they cooperate to control peoples. This is what we see and the facts revealed in many Arab countries where billions and humble wealth were plundered, because The tyrant considers that the land and the people belong to him, and therefore the choice of research was (Combating tyranny and tyranny between the Holy Qur’an and the Bible, a comparative study).
