|a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على دور موقع تذكرتي في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة إلى الجمهور الرياضي بمدينة تيزي وزو، تم استخدام المنهج المسحي من خلال دراسة عينة قصدية تتكون من 100 مناصر، كما استعان الباحث بأداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات وبعد تحليلها وقد أفضت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: يساعد موقع تذكرتي المبحوثين في القضاء على عناء التنقل، المشجع لا يجد صعوبة في الوصول إلى مكانه المخصص في المدرجات المقسمة إلى أجنحة، ساهم موقع تذكرتي في تنظيم محكم داخل الملاعب والقضاء على الطوابير الطويلة وكذا السوق السوداء التي تهيمن على بيع التذاكر بأسعار مرتفعة جدا، بالإضافة إلى الحفاظ على الممتلكات داخل الملعب وخارجه.
|b This research paper aims to identify the role of the site of my ticket in improving the services quality provided to audience in Tizi Ouzou, the survey method was used through the study of an intentional sample consisting of 100 supporters, and the researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect information and after analyzing it, the study led to a number of results which are: The site helps the respondents to eliminate the trouble of mobility, the fan does not find it difficult to reach his designated place in the stands divided into wings, my ticket contributed in the organization inside the stadiums and the elimination of long queues as well as the black market that dominates the sale of tickets at very high prices, in addition to the preservation of property inside and outside the stadium.
