To tackle the aforementioned issues- related to the main problems and needs of participative management- the need for elected officials and residents is a must. Furthermore, participative management is considered as a crucial step in the mobilization of the key actors of the project/action, as it provides an opportunity to better understand various settings, analyzes the causes of the observed facts and identifies the actors involved, their needs /interests, their strategies, their relationships, as well as to identify priorities and cooperative actions. In fact, it is necessary to clearly define the goals of a participative territorial diagnosis.
