Today, commercial companies have imposed their economic status in several fields: socially, scientifically, economically, health-wise, etc. Commercial companies, regardless of their legal form or legal nature, contribute to moving huge amounts of capital to and from the public treasury. Any commercial or investment operation is based on capital that is formed through small commercial operations, but it is hindered by some obstacles, financial difficulties, or emergencies that negatively affect the practice of its activity and its continuation. |
