Given its strategic geographical position, Algeria is profoundly affected by this phenomenon, serving as a point of origin, transit, and destination for both legitimate and illegitimate migrant flows. In response, Algeria has formulated a comprehensive strategy that incorporates legal and procedural frameworks at both the national and international levels. |
