|a تبحث هذه الدراسة في تحليل وقياس أثر العتبة للقيمة المضافة الزراعية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة: 1999-2023، حيث أن تحديد هذه العتبة يساعد في معرفة الحدود الواجب استهدافها، لتعزيز أداء القطاع الزراعي، بما يساهم في رفع النمو الاقتصادي في البلد، وقد تم اعتماد على منهجية ARDL في قياس أثر العتبة للقيمة المضافة الزراعية على النمو الاقتصادي، حيث توصلت الدراسة القياسية إلى وجود ثلاث عتبات للقيمة المضافة الزراعية وأربعة أنظمة لتفسير النمو الاقتصادي، بالنسبة للنظام الأول فهو يتحدد عند عتبة 1.2%، ولم يكن للقيمة المضافة الزراعية أي أثر معنوي، أما النظام التفسيري الثاني فقد تحدد عند مجال 1.2% و5.20%، حيث تؤثر القيمة المضافة الزراعية على النمو الاقتصادي بميل موجب قدره 0.54، بينما النظام الثالث فيتأثر فيه النمو الاقتصادي إيجابيا بـ: 0.24 بين مجال 5.20% و16.35%، أما النظام الرابع للنمو الاقتصادي فهو يتجاوز عتبة 16.35%، ويرتبط بميل موجب 0.12 للقيمة المضافة الزراعية.
|b This study analyses the impact of agricultural value-added thresholds on economic growth in Algeria during the period 1999 -2023. Determining these thresholds helps identify target limits to enhance agricultural sector performance, thereby boosting the country's economic growth. The ARDL method was used to measure the impact of the threshold of agricultural value-added on economic growth. The econometric study identified three thresholds for agricultural value-added and four systems explaining economic growth. The first system, with a threshold of 1.2%, showed no significant impact of agricultural value-added. In the second system, with a threshold range between 1.2% and 5.20%, agricultural value-added had a positive effect on economic growth (0.54), The third system, with thresholds between 5.20% and 16.35%, also showed a positive effect (0.24). In the fourth system, where the threshold exceeded 16.35%, agricultural value-added was associated with a positive slope of 0.12, for agricultural value added.
