|a تناول البحث المنهج الأصولي للعلامة الحافظ ولي الدين العراقي في كتابه الغيث الهامع شرح جمع الجوامع مبحث تخصيص العموم أنموذجا، فإن الحافظ بارع في علم أصول الفقه، ولم أجد من قبل بحثا تناول منهجية الحافظ العراقي، وتكمن أهمية البحث في تعلقه بعلم أصول الفقه، وفي تعلقه بكتاب الله تعالى من تخصيص العموم الوارد فيه، وتعلقه بكتاب في غاية المكانة في علم أصول الفقه، واشتمل البحث على مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث المبحث الأول ترجمة الحافظ ولي الدين العراقي، والمبحث الثاني: منهج الحافظ ولي الدين العراقي في ما يجوز فيه التخصيص وما لا يجوز فيه التخصيص، والمبحث الثالث منهج الحافظ العراقي في المخصص للعموم، وخاتمة، وقائمة المصادر والمراجع.
|b The research dealt with the fundamentalist approach of the scholar Al-Hafiz Wali Al-Din Al-Iraqi in his book Al-Ghaith Al-Hami’, explaining the collection of collections, with the subject of specification of generalities as a model. Al- Hafiz is skilled in the science of the principles of jurisprudence, and I have not previously found research that dealt with the methodology of Al-Hafiz Al-Iraqi. The importance of the research lies in its connection to the science of the principles of jurisprudence, and in its attachment to With the Book of God Almighty in terms of the specification of the generalities contained therein, and its connection to a book of the utmost status in the science of the principles of jurisprudence. The research included an introduction and three sections. The first topic is the translation of Al-Hafiz Wali Al-Din Al-Iraqi, and the second topic: The approach of Al-Hafiz Wali Al-Din Al-Iraqi in what is permissible to specify and what is not permissible. It includes specification, and the third section is the approach of Al-Hafiz Al-Iraqi in the specification for the general public, a conclusion, and a list of sources and references.
