|a هدف البحث إلى معرفة درجة الانضباط المدرسي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مدينة حلب، اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة البحث باستبانة من إعداد الباحثة مكونة من (49) عبارة موزعة على 3 أبعاد، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (100) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مدينة حلب، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: كانت درجة الانضباط المدرسي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بدرجة كبيرة، لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الانضباط المدرسي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي للمعلم، لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الانضباط المدرسي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير سنوات خبرة المعلم.
|b The aim of the research was to know the degree school discipline in schools of the first cycle of basic education from the teacher’s point of view in Aleppo city, The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the research tool was represented by a questionnaire prepared by the researcher consisting of (49) phrases distributed over three dimensions, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample consisting of (100) teachers from of the first cycle of basic education in Aleppo city, and The research results showed: the degree School Discipline in Schools of the First Cycle of Basic Education from The Teacher’s Point of view in Aleppo City was high, There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of school discipline of the First Cycle of Basic Education from The Teacher’s Point of view due to the variable of the teacher’s academic qualification, There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of school discipline of the First Cycle of Basic Education from The Teacher’s Point of view due to the variable of the years of teacher experience.
