|a يعالج هذا البحث أحكام الرقابة البرلمانية لمجلس النواب على هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات باعتبارها من الهيئات المستقلة التي ترتبط بمجلس النواب، حيث تطرق لوسائل الرقابة المحددة في الدستور كالاستجواب، فضلاً عن استعراض الاتجاهات القضائية التي سار عليها مجلس الدولة والمحكمة الاتحادية العليا في العراق بشأن الآثار المترتبة على ممارسة الرقابة البرلمانية في حالة ثبوت التقصير والتي يتوجب معها إنهاء عمل رئيس هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات بما ينسجم مع أحكام الدستور والقوانين النافذة.
|b This research deals with the provisions of parliamentary oversight of the House of Representatives over the Media and Communications Commission, as it is one of the independent bodies linked to the House of Representatives. It addresses the means of oversight specified in the Constitution, such as interrogation, in addition to reviewing the judicial trends adopted by the Council of State and the Federal Supreme Court in Iraq regarding the effects resulting from the practice of Parliamentary oversight in the event of proven negligence, which requires the termination of the work of the head of the Media and Communications Commission in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and applicable laws.
