In this article we have based on ethnographic samples from the provinces of Carmona and Tlemcen, where practically all the inhabitants of these two provinces faithfully and enthusiastically perform a set of rituals in veneration of their saints, as in the shrine of Sidi Boumediene and the Virgin of Grace, which is what we will explain later. Likewise, we will try to find out what pilgrimages mean in both cultures? and What are the different practices followed on this day? In addition, we will try to identify the most important reasons which introduce the habitants to visit the holy shrines Finally, we will draw the difference or similarity between both regions in some customs and traditions. En este artículo hemos basado en muestras etnográficas de las provincias de Carmona y Tlemcen, esencialmente todos los pobladores de estas dos provincias realizando con fidelidad y fervor un conjunto de rituales en honor a sus santos, como en el templo de Sidi Boumediene y la Virgen. Asimismo, intentaremos averiguar ¿qué significan las romerías en ambas civilizaciones? y ¿Cuáles son las diferentes prácticas seguidas en este día? Además, intentaremos desvelar las causas más relevantes que animan a los pobladores a ir a los lugares santos. Al final, destacaremos las diferencias y semejanzas entre las dos zonas en cuanto a las prácticas y tradiciones. |
