|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تأطير مفاهيمي لمفهوم نظام إدارة المعرفة المالية ونظام الإبداع المالي ودراسة علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بينهما، وتم التطبيق على عينة عشوائية من العاملين في القيادات الإدارية في بعض المصارف التجارية الخاصة في محافظة النجف الأشرف، إذ تم توزيع (٧٥) استبانة وكانت عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي هي (٦٣) استبانة، وتم تحليل الاستبانة واختبار فرضيات البحث باعتماد برنامجspss v. 25 ، وتم التوصل إلى نتائج من أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين نظام إدارة المعرفة المالية ونظام الإبداع المالي، وكذلك طرح البحث عدد من التوصيات من أهمها يجب على المنظمات الاهتمام بنظام إدارة المعرفة المالية ونظام الإبداع المالي لما لها من أثر إيجابي في تطوير المصارف.
|b This research aims to conceptually frame the concept of the financial knowledge management system and the financial innovation system and study the relationship of correlation and influence between them, And the application was made on a random sample of workers in the administrative leadership in some private commercial banks in the province of Najaf, As (75) questionnaires were distributed, and the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis was (63) questionnaires, The questionnaire was analyzed and the research hypotheses were tested using the spss v.25 program, Results were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation and influence between the financial knowledge management system and the financial innovation system, The research also put forward a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that organizations should pay attention to the financial knowledge management system and the financial innovation system because of their positive impact on the development of banks.
