|a تعتبر الخدمات الترفيهية إحدى الخدمات الاجتماعية الأساسية والضرورية في المدن، وهي جزء أساسي من متطلبات سكان الحضر في مركز قضاء الهندية والجدول الغربي، مما يدل على مدى تقدم المدينتان بتوفير كافة متطلبات الحياة الكريمة لمواطنيها بما في ذلك الترفيهية وتساهم هذه الخدمة في العديد من جوانب الحياة منها: الحفاظ على البيئة بوجود المساحات الخضراء، والجانب الصحي من خلال المساهمة في زيادة اللياقة البدنية في بعض الجوانب والتخفيف من حالات الاكتئاب، وكذلك الحد من الجريمة والسرقة وتعاطي المخدرات من خلال المساهمة في ملء أوقات الفراغ، وخاصة لمجموعة الشباب، بالإضافة إلى أن الخدمات الترفيهية تعتبر من العوامل المساهمة في القطاع الاقتصادي من خلال توفير فرص الاستثمار وفرص العمل.
|b Recreational services are considered one of the basic and necessary social services in cities, and they are an essential part of the requirements of urban residents in the center of Al-Hindiya District and Al-Jadwl AL-Garbi, which indicates the extent to which the two cities have advanced in providing all the requirements of a decent life for their citizens, including entertainment. This service contributes to many aspects of life, including: Preserving the environment with green spaces, and the health aspect by contributing to increasing physical fitness in some aspects and alleviating cases of depression, as well as reducing crime, theft, and drug abuse by contributing to filling leisure time, especially for the youth group, in addition to the fact that recreational services are considered among Factors contributing to the economic sector by providing investment and job opportunities.
