درجة توافر متطلبات المدرسة الذكية "مدرسة المستقبل" من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي منطقة المدينة المنورة التعليمية

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة توافر متطلبات المدرسة الذكية (مدرسة المستقبل) من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي منطقة المدينة المنورة التعليمية، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (٦٠) معلم ومدير مدرسة بمنطقة المدينة المنورة التعليمية، واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة توافر متطلبات المدرسة الذكية (مدرسة المستقبل( من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي منطقة المدينة المنورة التعليمية جاءت بدرجة (عالية) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراس، وجاء في الترتيب الأول المحور الثاني: درجة توافر المتطلبات (الإدارية) للمدرسة الذكية من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي منطقة المدينة المنورة التعليمية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.14)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (.660)، يليه في الترتيب الثاني المحور الثالث: "درجة توافر المتطلبات (المادية) للمدرسة الذكية من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي منطقة المدينة المنورة التعليمية" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.05)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (.844)، بينما جاء في الترتيب الأخير المحور الأول: "درجة توافر المتطلبات (البشرية) للمدرسة الذكية من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي منطقة المدينة المنورة التعليمية" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.1۸)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (.836)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في آراء أفرد عينة البحث حول محاور الاستبانة والدرجة الكلية طبقاً إلى اختلاف متغيرات (الوظيفة- عدد الدورات التدريبية- عدد سنوات الخبرة).؛ وأوصى الباحث بالعديد من التوصيات في ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج أهمها: ضرورة أعاده هيكلة الصلاحيات الممنوحة للإدارات المدرسية الحكومية بحيث تتواكب مع متطلبات وأهداف مدرسة المستقبل، وضرورة استقطاب وبناء القدرات البشرية من الخبرات العلمية والفنية في المدارس الذكية.

The present study aimed to investigate the degree of availability of the requirements of smart school (school of the future), from the perspectives of principals and teachers of Medina educational district. The sample of the study included (60) teachers and principals of Medina educational district. The research adopted the analytical descriptive approach as the research methodology. The study obtained several findings, most importantly the following: the degree of availability of the requirements of smart school (school of the future), from the perspectives of principals and teachers of Medina educational district was rated (high), from the perspectives of study sample members; ranked first was the second axis: "The degree of availability of (administrative) requirements of smart school, from the perspectives of principals and teachers of Medina educational district", with a mean of (4.14) and a standard deviation of (.660), followed in the second rank by the third axis: "The degree of availability the (physical) requirements of smart school, from the perspectives of principals and teachers of Medina educational district", with a mean of (4.05) and a standard deviation of (.844), while ranked last was the first axis: "The degree of availability of (human) requirements for smart school, from the perspectives of principals and teachers of Medina educational district, with a mean of (3.18) and a standard deviation of (.836); the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) among the opinions of sample members on the axes of the questionnaire and the total score according, as regards differences in the variables of (occupation number of training courses - years of experience). In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher presents several recommendations, most importantly the following: the need for restructuring the powers granted to government school administrations in order to keep pace with the requirements and objectives of school of the future; and the need to attract and build human capacities, such scientific and technical expertise, in smart schools.
