|a تشكل الجريمة الدولية تهديد مباشر لسلامة المجتمع الدولي كونها الخطر الحقيقي الواضح والواقع على كيانه واستقراره بشكل يهدد السلام العالمي، والذي يستدعي أن يكون هناك وقاية منها (الجريمة الدولية)، هذه الوقاية تظهر في تفعيل الجزاء الدولي والتدابير الوقائية التي تشكل صورة ثانية منه، إذ أن كلاهما يعتبران تدبير للجريمة الدولية ولكنهما يختلفان من حيث المضمون والتطبيق عند تطبيقهما من قبل القضاء الجنائي الدولي وقواعده المتعددة الأمر الذي يستدعي بحث هذا الموضوع تباعاً.
|b International crime constitutes a direct threat to the safety of the international community, as it is the real, clear and real danger to its entity and stability in a way that threatens world peace, which requires that there be prevention from it (international crime). This prevention appears in the activation of international punishment and preventive measures that constitute a second image of it, as both are considered a measure for international crime, but they differ in terms of content and application when applied by international criminal justice and its multiple rules, which requires examining this topic in succession.
