|a أن البحث الذي بين أيدينا هو محاولة لاستجلاء الموقف الأصولي من موضوع التجري والانقياد الذي يتناوله الأصوليون ضمن بحث القطع ضمن علم أصول الفقه للوقوف على طريقة استدلالهم ببيانات مختلفة في حكم الفعل المتجرى به وقبحه وتفكيك الملازمة بينهما، وما يترتب على فعل المتجري من استحقاق للعقوبة والراجح من بين الأقوال التي طرحت في المسألة، مع بيان الثمرة المترتبة على البحث وذكر بعض التطبيقات الفقهية لها.
|b The research before us is an attempt to clarify the fundamentalist position on the subject of experimentation and submission that the fundamentalists address within the research on certainty within the science of the principles of jurisprudence to stand on the method of their reasoning with different statements in the ruling on the act experimented with and its ugliness and to dismantle the connection between them, and what results from the act of the experimenter in terms of deserving punishment and the most correct of the statements that were put forward on the issue, with a statement of the fruit resulting from the research and mentioning some of its jurisprudential applications.
