المستخلص: يشهد العالم توجها واسعا إلى العناية بطلاب المراحل المتوسطة ولكونها تعتبر مرحلة مهمة من وعي الإنسان ولا سيما في مجال درس التربية الرياضية وتدعمها التطورات الحاصلة في المجتمعات ومن ضمنها الكفايات المهنية والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي وغير ذلك من الصفات وهذا التطور الشامل تحققه التربية عن طريق بناء الفرد بشكل متكامل وكل ناحية لها أهميتها ومكانتها في هذا العالم وبدونها لا تكتمل شخصيه الفرد، والتربية الرياضية نوع من أنواع التربية وهي طريقة لصقل الإنسان على تنمية الروح الرياضية لديه. وقد اختار الباحث مجتمع البحث من مدرسي التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر مديرو المدارس المتوسطة في مديرية تربية صلاح الدين وكان عددهم (185)، وبعد أن تم تحديد عينات الدراسة شرع الباحث في إعداد وبناء المقاييس الخاصة بدراسته وإعداد استمارات الاستبانة الخاصة بكل مقياس وتم عمل الإجراءات اللازمة للإعداد وبناء المقاييس وتم جمع معلومات الاستمارات الموزعة على عينات البحث، واستعان الباحث بالحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لاستخراج نتائج البحث ومن ثم تبويب البيانات المستحصلة في جداول وتم معالجتها وعرض وتحليل النتائج ومن ثم مناقشتها. وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات وأهمها: 1. وجود كفايات مهنية لمدرسي التربية الرياضية في مديرية تربيه صلاح. 2. تحقق الأهداف التربوية التي من شأنها زيادة الكفايات المهنية لمدرسي التربية الرياضية. وعلى ضوء ذلك فقد أوصى الباحث بـ: 1. إجراء دراسة تتناول الجوانب الاقتصادية وتأثيرها على الكفايات المهنية والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي. 2. الاستفادة من قائمة الكفايات المهنية والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي من قبل المعنيين في أداء وتقويم مدرسي التربية الرياضية.

The world is witnessing a widespread trend towards taking care of middle school students because it is considered an important stage of human awareness, especially in the field of physical education, and is supported by developments taking place in societies, including professional competencies, psychosocial compatibility, and other qualities. This comprehensive development is achieved by education by building the individual in an integrated manner. Every aspect has its importance and place in this world, and without it, the individual's personality is not complete. Physical education is a type of education and is a way to hone a person in developing his sportsmanship. The researcher chose the research population of physical education teachers from the point of view of middle school principals in the Salah al-Din Education Directorate, and their number was (185). After the study samples were determined, the researcher proceeded to prepare and build the standards for his study and prepare the questionnaire forms for each standard, and the necessary procedures were taken. To prepare and build standards, information was collected from the questionnaires distributed to the research samples. The researcher used the statistical package (SPSS) to extract the research results, then tabulate the obtained data into tables, process it, display and analyze the results, and then discuss them. The researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: 1. The presence of professional competencies for physical education teachers in the Tarbiat Salah Directorate. 2. Achieving educational goals that would increase the professional competencies of physical education teachers. In light of this, the researcher recommended: 1. Conduct a study that addresses economic aspects and their impact on professional competencies and psychosocial adjustment. 2. Benefiting from the list of professional competencies and psychosocial compatibility by those concerned in the performance and evaluation of physical education teachers.
