المستخلص: هذا البحث في التحليل البياني النقدي لقصيدة "حكم المنية في البرية جاري" لأبي الحسن التهامي، وهذه القصيدة من عيون الشعر العربي، وقد نالت الشهرة والذيوع لاشتمالها على الأبيات السائرة، والحكم والأمثال المائزة، وهي في رثاء ولده الصغير أبي بكر وهي كما قال بعض النقاد: "نسيج وحدها وواسطة عقدها"، ويتبع البحث المنهج التحليلي الفني الذي يعتمد على استكناه المعاني البلاغية الكامنة وراء الألفاظ والجمل والتراكيب الشعرية، والصور الفنية، والكشف عن أثر الصنعة في اللغة الشعرية، وإعلاء أدبية النص من خلال الوقوف عند مواطن الصنعة في الأبيات موضع الدراسة، وتجلية أثرها في السامع وكيفيات التنقل بين المعاني والربط بين أجزائها، ووفائها بالغرض الرئيس وهو رثاء الابن، وقد قامت الدراسة على مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة محاور، هي: مدخل لرثاء الابن، ورثاء الابن، وخروج إلى الفخر، ورثاء الشباب وحديث عن الناس والزمن وختام القصيدة، وذيلت الدراسة بخاتمة شملت أبرز نتائجها وتوصياتها، مع ثبت للمصادر والمراجع الواردة فيها.

This research focuses on the aesthetic appreciation and rhetorical analysis of the poem "The Inevitable Rule of Death in Creation" by Abi Al-Hasan Al-Tihami. This poem is considered one of the masterpieces of Arabic poetry, having gained widespread fame for its profound verses, wisdom, and distinguished proverbs. It was written in mourning for his young son, Abu Bakr, and as some critics said: “who described the poem as unparalleled and the centerpiece of its genre”. The research follows an analytical and artistic approach, aiming to uncover the hidden rhetorical meanings behind the words, sentences, and poetic structures, as well as the artistic imagery. It examines the impact of craftsmanship on the poetic language, enhancing the literary quality of the text by analyzing the craftsmanship evident in the studied verses. The study also explores the poem's effect on the listener and the ways it transitions between ideas, linking its parts to serve its main purpose—mourning the son. The study is structured into an introduction, preface, and four main sections: an introduction to mourning a son, mourning the son itself, a shift towards pride, and finally mourning youth while criticizing speech about people and time, The study was concluded with a conclusion that included its most important results and recommendations, with a list of the sources and references included therein.
