المستخلص: استهدف البحث: تقدير دالة الاستهلاك الفردي (الطلب) لزيت عباد الشمس، وتقدير دالة الاستهلاك الفردي (الطلب) لزيت الذرة، واستندت الدراسة إلى البيانات المنشورة وغير المنشورة الصادرة عن العديد من الجهات الرسمية مثل الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء والموقع الإلكتروني التابع لها www.capmas.gov.eg، وزارة الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي والهيئات التابعة لها كقطاع الشئون الاقتصادية والإدارة المركزية للاقتصاد الزراعي، وكذلك من الموقع الإلكتروني للبنك الدولي www.databank.worldbank.org، وتم جمع البيانات خلال الفترة الزمنية (2000- 2020)، هذا بالإضافة إلى الاستعانة بالبيانات التي تحتويها العديد من الدراسات والبحوث والرسائل المتصلة بموضوع الدراسة. واعتمدت الدراسة على نموذجين هما النموذج الأول: دالة الاستهلاك الفردي (الطلب) لزيت عباد الشمس وتضمن متوسط استهلاك الفرد السنوي من زيت عباد الشمس كمتغير تابع وكل من (الدخل الفردي السنوي، سعر زيت عباد الشمس، متوسط أسعار الزيوت البديلة، متوسط سعر المسلي الصناعي، الإنتاج من زيت عباد الشمس، الواردات من الزيت)، النموذج الثاني: دالة الاستهلاك الفردي (الطلب) لزيت فول الصويا وتضمن متوسط استهلاك الفرد السنوي من زيت الذرة كمتغير تابع وكل من (الدخل الفردي السنوي، سعر زيت الذرة، متوسط أسعار الزيوت البديلة، متوسط سعر المسلي الصناعي، الإنتاج من زيت الذرة، الواردات من الزيت). أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: بالنسبة للنموذج الأول الاستهلاك الفردي (الطلب) لزيت عباد الشمس تبين وجود علاقة طردية معنوية بين متوسط الاستهلاك الفردي السنوي من زيت عباد الشمس بالكجم وبين كل من (دخل الفرد السنوي وسعر الزيوت البديلة وسعر المسلي الصناعي والإنتاج من زيت عباد الشمس والواردات من الزيت)، في حين تبين وجود علاقة عكسية مع كل من (سعر التجزئة لزيت عباد الشمس وعدد السكان)، كما أوضحت النتائج بالنسبة للنموذج الثاني الاستهلاك الفردي (الطلب) لزيت الذرة تبين وجود علاقة طردية معنوية بين متوسط الاستهلاك الفردي السنوي من زيت الذرة بالكجم وبين كل من (دخل الفرد السنوي وسعر الزيوت البديلة وسعر المسلي الصناعي والإنتاج من زيت الذرة والواردات من الزيت)، في حين تبين وجود علاقة عكسية مع كل من (سعر التجزئة لزيت الذرة وعدد السكان).

The research aims: estimating the individual consumption function (demand) for sunflower oil, and estimating the individual consumption function (demand) for corn oil. The study was based on published and unpublished secondary data issued by many official agencies such as the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics and its website www. capmas.gov.eg, the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation and its affiliated bodies such as the Economic Affairs Sector and the Central Administration of Agricultural Economy, as well as from and the World Bank website www.databank.worldbank.org, in addition to the use of data contained in many studies, research and messages related to the subject of the study. The study relies on two models, the first model: the individual consumption function (demand) for sunflower oil and included the average annual per capita consumption of sunflower oil as a dependent variable and each of (the annual per capita income, the price of sunflower oil, the average prices of alternative oils, the average price of industrial amusement, Production of sunflower oil, imports of oil), the second model: the function of individual consumption (demand) for soybean oil and included the average annual per capita consumption of corn oil as a dependent variable and each of (individual annual income, corn oil price, average prices of alternative oils, average The price of industrial margarine, production of corn oil, imports of oil). The most important findings of the research: Regarding the first model, the individual consumption (demand) of sunflower oil shows that there is a positive direct relationship between the average annual individual consumption of sunflower oil in kilograms and between (annual per capita income, the price of alternative oils, the price of industrial margarine and the production of sunflower oil). The sun and imports of oil), while it is found that there is an inverse relationship with (the retail price of sunflower oil and the number of the population), as the results show for the second model the individual consumption (demand) for corn oil.
