المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بالمؤلّف، ومؤلفه، وجمع المسائل بالموصوفة بأنه من غير المعهود في لسان العرب من التحرير والتنوير، ودراستها. ومنهج البحث: انتهجت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي، التحليلي، النقدي، والوصفي. وتوصلت إلى: أحصيت اثنتين وعشرين مسألة في "التحرير والتنوير" وصفها الإمام ابن عاشور رحمه الله أنها ليست من كلام العرب. يُعزى الاتجاه النحوي البلاغي الذي اشتهر به ابن عاشور والسائد على قلمه وخطابه وذوقه إلى المنهج التأسيسي الذي سلكه في دراسة علوم العربية والبلاغة في جامع الزيتونة؛ حيث حفظ متون العربية والنحو وشروحاتها منذ نعومة أظفاره فبرع غيها، وغلبت عليه. يريد ابن عاشور من نعت عدد من أساليب التعبير في القرآن الكريم بأنها جاءت على غير المعهود من لسان العرب مع إقرارهم بها، هو إثبات قضية الإعجاز البلاغي للقرآن الكريم وتعزيز هذا المقصد. لاحظت تكرار استخدام ابن عاشور المصطلح (من عادة القرآن)، (على عادة القرآن)، (ليس من عادة القرآن)، (عادة في القرآن)، (وتلك عادة القرآن)، (وكذلك عادة القرآن)، (ما تقتضيه عادة القرآن)، (هي عادة القرآن)، (مخالفة عادة القرآن)، وأوصي بجمع مسائل (عادات القرآن) من تفسيره، ومناقشتها، وبيان أبعاد كل مسألة منها، والتمثيل لها، وتفسيرها.

He memorized Arabic texts, grammar, and their explanations from an early age, and he excelled at it, and it overcame him. 3-Describing a number of methods of expression in the Holy Qur’an as being unusual in the language of the Arabs, Ibn Ashour wants to prove the issue of the rhetorical miracle of the Holy Qur’an and reinforce this goal. Most important recommendations Ibn Ashour often says (from the habit of the Qur’an), (in the habit of the Qur’an), (not from the habit of the Qur’an), (a habit in the Qur’an) (and that is the habit of the Qur’an) (and likewise the habit of the Qur’an) (what the habit of the Qur’an requires) (and that is the habit of the Qur’an) (Contrary to the customs of the Qur’an), and I recommend collecting the issues of (Customs of the Qur’an) from his book, discussing them, and explaining the dimensions of each issue, its representation, and its interpretation.
