|a يعتبر تحسين علاقة الإدارة بالمواطن الهدف الأسمى الذي تصبوا إليه الدولة، فعلاقة تتميز بالود والمرونة تساهم في التطور وتحقيق الرخاء، وفي هذا السياق أصبح للرقمنة دورا هاما في كافة مناحي الحياة وخاصة الإدارة، فهي تساهم في اختصار الوقت والجهد لترتقي بجودة الخدمات المقدمة وتضفي على علاقة الإدارة بالمواطن طابعا سلسا وسهلا. في هذا الصدد، تبذل إدارة الأملاك الوطنية مجهودات معتبرة للتحسين من علاقتها بالمواطن، وهذا بالاستعانة بالتكنولوجيات الحديثة والسعي نحو رقمنة أنشطتها، لكن مسار الرقمنة تعترضه تحديات أهمها ضمان الأمان السيبراني وتكوين الأطر البشرية بالإضافة إلى توعية وتحسيس المواطنين بمدى أهمية الرقمنة في السمو بهذه العلاقة.
|b Improving the relationship between the administration and the citizen is the ultimate goal that the state aspires to. A relationship characterized by goodwill and flexibility contributes to development and prosperity. In this context, digitization has become crucial in all aspects of life, especially in administration. It helps in saving time and effort to enhance the quality of services provided and to create a smooth and easy relationship between the administration and the citizen. In this regard, the National Property Administration is making significant efforts to improve its relationship with the citizen, by utilizing modern technologies and striving towards digitizing its activities. However, the path of digitization faces challenges, the most important of which are ensuring cybersecurity and training human resources, in addition to raising awareness among citizens about the importance of digitization in elevating this relationship.
