|a تعاني المرأة في مناطق كثيرة من العالم من أوضاع تمس كرامتها وآدميتها بشكل كبير الأمر الذي جعل جميع الهيئات الدولية الحقوقية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني تندد بمثل هذه التصرفات التي تخالف اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة. وبما إن المرأة تحتل المركز الأهم في التوزيع الديمغرافي للسكان، ففي الكثير من المجتمعات قد يوازي تعداد الإناث تعداد الذكور أذ لم يكن يفوقه، إلا أنه لا يقاس وزن المرأة في المجتمع بالكم الذي تمثل أكثر من نصفه بقدر ما يقاس بنوع الأدوار التي تؤديها، تعاملت المرأة منذ بداية التاريخ مع وضعها وظروفها ومستجدات الحياة الإنسانية. واستطاعت المرأة بعد فترة طويلة من توكيل المهام العمل الخارجي لتقوم مهنية تضاف إلى أدوارها المنزلية حتى صار من المألوف في الوقت الحاضر أن نرى المرأة في مؤسسات العمل المختلفة.
|b Women in many parts of the world suffer from conditions that greatly affect their dignity and humanity, which has led all international human rights bodies and civil society organizations to denounce such behaviors that violate the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. Since women occupy the most important position in the demographic distribution of the population, in many societies the number of females may equal the number of males, if not exceed it. However, the weight of women in society is not measured by the quantity that they represent more than half of it, but rather by the type of roles they perform. Since the beginning of history, women have dealt with their situation, circumstances, and developments in human life. After a long period of delegating external work tasks, women were able to perform professional duties in addition to their domestic roles, until it has become common at the present time to see women in various work institutions.
