|a نظرا لتنامي الاهتمام العالمي بتعليم ريادة الأعمال؛ فقد أجريت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية لمستوى معرفتهم بمهارات ريادة الأعمال حيث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٥٠) معلم ومعلمة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي، وما بعد الأساسي للصفوف (٥- ١٢) والتابعة لمحافظات شمال الباطنة وجنوب الباطنة ومسقط. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس المعرفة بمهارات ريادة الأعمال، وقد اشتملت على محورين: الأول المهارات الشخصية والاجتماعية، والثاني احتوى على مهارات الإدارة والتخطيط، وقد تم عرض الأداة على المحكمين للتأكد من صدق المحتوى، كما تم التأكد من ثبات الأداتين بحساب معامل الاتساق الداخلي (ألفا كرونباخ)، والذي بلغ قيمته بالنسبة لمقياس المعرفة (0.97). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع لمعرفة معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بمهارات ريادة الأعمال، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (α ≤ 0.05) في مستوى معرفتهم بمهارات ريادة الأعمال تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والخبرة المهنية، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تقديم بيئة عمل خاصة لدعم عنصري الإبداع والابتكار، وتدريب المعلمين والمعلمات على مهارات التسويق وتحويل الأفكار إلى مشاريع ممكنة ودراسة جدوى اقتصادية، وكذلك تطوير المناهج بما يتلاءم مع متطلبات تدريس مهارات ريادة الأعمال.
|b Given the growing global interest in entrepreneurship education, this study was conducted to evaluate social studies teachers' level of knowledge of entrepreneurship skills. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (150) male and female teachers in basic and post-basic schools for grades (5-12) affiliated with the governorates of North Al Batinah, South Al Batinah and Muscat. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the entrepreneurship skills knowledge scale, which included two axes: the first was personal and social skills, and the second contained management and planning skills. The tool was presented to the arbitrators to ensure the validity of the content, and the stability of the two tools was confirmed by calculating the internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach's alpha), which reached a value for the knowledge scale (0.97). The study found that there is a high level of social studies teachers' knowledge of entrepreneurship skills, and there are no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in their level of knowledge of entrepreneurship skills attributed to the variables of gender and professional experience. The study recommends the necessity of providing a special work environment to support the elements of creativity and innovation, training male and female teachers on marketing skills and transforming ideas into possible projects and economic feasibility studies, as well as developing curricula in line with the requirements of teaching entrepreneurship skills.
