وتقوم حاضنات الأعمال بدور مهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع بكل أبعادها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية ومن ثم يمكن استخدام وتوظيف حاضنات الأعمال في التنمية المستدامة وخاصة في حالة إنشائها داخل الجامعات المصرية حيث التبعية العلمية والإشراف العلمي عليها مع استغلال كل الإمكانات المادية والتكنولوجية والبشرية المتاحة بالجامعات المصرية مما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع نظرًا لما لحاضنات الأعمال من مردود تربوي كبري على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ومن ثم ستقوم ورقة العمل الحالية في الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية: ١- ما أهداف التنمية المستدامة وما أبعادها وما تحدياتها وما دور التعليم الجامعي في تحقيقها؟ ٢- ما المردود التربوي لحاضنات الأعمال الجامعية على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟ - ما المتطلبات اللازمة لنجاح حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في مصر؟ وتمثلت أهم المتطلبات التربوية لنجاح حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة: (أ) متطلبات متعلقة بحاضنة الأعمال الجامعية: (ب) متطلبات متعلقة بمؤسسات المجتمع المحلي: (جـ) متطلبات سياسية وتشريعية: (د) متطلبات بشرية (هـ) متطلبات مادية:
Creativity incubators play an important role in achieving sustainable development in society in all its economic, social and environmental dimensions. Therefore, Creativity incubators can be used and employed in sustainable development, especially when they are established within Egyptian universities, where scientific dependence and scientific supervision are provided, while exploiting all the material, technological and human capabilities available in Egyptian universities, which contributes to achieving sustainable development in society, given the great educational impact of creativity incubators on achieving sustainable development. Therefore, the current working paper will answer the following questions: 1- What are the goals of sustainable development, what are their dimensions, what are their challenges, and what is the role of university education in achieving them? 2- What is the educational impact of university business incubators on achieving sustainable development? 3- What are the requirements for the success of university creativity incubators in achieving sustainable development in Egypt?
