|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين تمايز الذات ورأس المال النفسي والشغف بالحياة والشخصية الاستباقية لدى طلاب كلية التربية والتعرف على الفروق في تمايز الذات ورأس المال النفسي والشغف بالحياة والشخصية الاستباقية لدى طلاب كلية التربية تبعًا للنوع والتخصص، وإمكانية التنبؤ بالشخصية الاستباقية من خلال درجات الطلاب على مقياس تمايز الذات ورأس المال النفسي والشغف بالحياة، والتوصل إلى نموذج بنائي يوضح علاقات التأثير والتأثر والمسارات القائمة بين تمايز الذات ورأس المال النفسي والشغف بالحياة والشخصية الاستباقية لدى طلاب كلية التربية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (۱۱٦٨) طالبًا وطالبة من طلاب كلية التربية جامعة كفر الشيخ منهم (٣٠٤) ذكورًا و (٨٦٤) إناثًا، تراوح عمرهم الزمني بين (١٩ – ٢٤) عامًا بمتوسط قدره (۱۹,۹۸) عاماً، وانحراف معياري (± 0.969)، واشتملت أدوات البحث مقياس تمايز الذات ومقياس الشغف بالحياة ومقياس الشخصية الاستباقية وجميعهم إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس رأس المال النفسي (إعداد: Anselmi et al., (2021)، ترجمة: الباحثة)، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين تمايز الذات ورأس المال النفسي والشغف بالحياة والشخصية الاستباقية لدى كلية التربية، وعدم وجود تأثير دال للتفاعل بين النوع والتخصص على تمايز الذات، بينما وجد تأثير دال للتفاعل بين النوع والتخصص على بعض أبعاد رأس المال النفسي والشغف بالحياة والشخصية الاستباقية، وإمكانية التنبؤ بالشخصية الاستباقية من خلال درجات الطلاب على مقياس تمايز الذات ورأس المال النفسي والشغف بالحياة، كما تم التوصل إلى نموذج بنائي يفسر العلاقات السببية بين تمايز الذات ورأس المال النفسي والشغف بالحياة والشخصية الاستباقية لدى كلية التربية.
|b The research aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between Self Differentiation, Psychological Capital, Passion for Life and proactive personality among education faculty students, identify the differences in self-differentiation, psychological capital, passion for life, and proactive personality among education faculty students according to kind and specialization, the possibility of predicting proactive personality through students’ scores on the Self Differentiation, Psychological Capital, Passion for Life scale, and reach a structural model that illustrates the relationships of influence and vulnerability and the paths that exist between Self Differentiation, Psychological Capital, Passion for Life and proactive personality among education faculty students, The research sample consisted of (1168) male and female students from Education Faculty, Kafr El-Sheikh University, as (304 male, 864 female), their age ranged between (19-24) years, with an average of (19.98) years, and a standard deviation of (±1.59). The research tools were Self Differentiation, Passion for Life and proactive personality scale (all prepared by/ the researcher), Psychological Capital scale (prepared by/ Anselmi, et al. (2021), translated by/ the researcher), The research results revealed that there is a positive correlation between Self Differentiation, Psychological Capital, Passion for Life and proactive personality among education faculty students, there are no differences by reaction of kind and specialization in self-differentiation, but there are differences by reaction of kind and specialization in some sub-dimensions of psychological capital, passion for life, and proactive personality among education faculty students, the possibility of predicting prosperity proactive personality through students’ scores on measures of Self Differentiation, Psychological Capital, Passion for life, also reaching a structural model explain the causal relations between Self Differentiation, Psychological Capital, Passion for Life and proactive personality among education faculty students.
