المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأمن النفسي واتخاذ القرار. بالإضافة إلى تعرف الفروق وفقاً لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص الدراسي. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدم مقياس الأمن النفسي الذي أعده الجاجان (2015) ومقياس اتخاذ القرار الذي أعده الملحلم (2014)، وتكونت عينة البحث من (140) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي في محافظة السويداء. وبينت النتائج ما يلي: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الأمن النفسي وبين درجات اتخاذ القرار لدى أفراد عينة البحث. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين درجات كلاً من الأمن النفسي واتخاذ القرار لدى أفراد عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين درجات كلاً من الأمن النفسي واتخاذ القرار لدى أفراد عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير التخصص الدراسي (علمي / أدبي).

The current research aims to know the nature of the correlation between psychological security and decision-making. In addition to knowing the differences according to the variables of sex and academic specialization. To achieve these goals, the psychological security scale prepared by Al-Jagan (2015) and the decision-making scale prepared by Al-Mulhem (2014) was used, and the research sample consisted of (140) students from the tenth grade students in the city of As-Suwayda. The results showed the following: - There is a positive and statistically significant correlation between the degrees of psychological security and the degrees of deliberation, and there is a negative and statistically significant correlation between the degrees of psychological security and the degrees of the two dimensions of haste and hesitation among the members of the research sample. - There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees of each of the psychological security and decision-making among the members of the research sample due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees of each of the psychological security and decision-making among the members of the research sample due to the variable of academic specialization (scientific / literary).
