|a تناولت الدراسة الراهنة مستوي تطبيق معايير الحوكمة وتحسين خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية للمستفيدين من مؤسسات الدفاع الاجتماعي، هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوي الخدمات الصحية، التعليمية، التغذية، التدريب الحرفي والترفيهية، في ضوء تطبيق المؤسسات معايير المشاركة، الشفافية والتمكين، اعتمدت على الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة، طبقت على عينة طبقية من المستفيدين والمستفيدات من مؤسسات الدفاع الاجتماعي بالأبعادية- دمنهور بمحافظة البحيرة قوامها (76) مفردة، استخدم الباحث مقياس الحوكمة من إعداده في جمع البيانات، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن مستوي خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية جاء بمستوى متوسط على الأبعاد التالية المشاركة، الشفافية والتمكين، وجاء مستوى التزام المؤسسات بتطبيق معايير الحوكمة بدرجة متوسطة، قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من مقترحات إجرائية لزيادة فاعلية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية.
|b The current study addressed the level of application of governance standards and improvement of social care services for beneficiaries of social defense institutions. The study aimed to identify the level of health, educational, recreational, nutritional and vocational training services in light of the institutions' application of participation, transparency and empowerment standards. It relied on a descriptive analytical study using the social survey method using the sample method. It was applied to a stratified sample of beneficiaries of social defense institutions in Al-Abadiya- Damanhour in Beheira Governorate, consisting of (76) individuals. The researcher used the governance scale he prepared in collecting data. The results of the study showed that the level of social care services was at an average level on the following dimensions: participation, transparency and empowerment. The level of institutions' commitment to applying governance standards was at an average level. The study presented a set of procedural proposals to increase the effectiveness of social care services.
