|a يعد صنع القرار بصفة عامة والقرار التربوي بصفة خاصة كسلوك إداري لا يكون تلقائيا أو اختياريا وإنما هو نتاج طبيعي لتفاعل القيم وأنماط السلوك بالمجتمع وتتعدد الأطراف المشاركة في عملية صنع واتخاذ القرار التربوي سواء من داخل المؤسسة التعليمية أو من خارج المؤسسة التعليمية. لذا هدف البحث الحالي لدراسة واقع العوامل المؤثرة على صنع القرار التربوي بالإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الشرقية، مع تحديد مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتطوير صنع القرار التربوي بالإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الشرقية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (۱۷۰) فردا من العاملين بالإدارات التعليمية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك العديد من العوامل المؤثرة على صنع القرار التربوي بالإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الشرقية منها (عوامل شخصية عوامل تنظيمية وإدارية، عوامل بيئية واجتماعية، عوامل إنسانية). وبناءاً على هذه النتائج تم وضع مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة.
|b Decision-making in general, and educational decision-making in particular, is an administrative behavior that is not automatic or optional, but rather is a natural product of the interaction of values and patterns of behavior in society. There are many parties involved in the educational decision-making and decision-making process, whether from within the educational institution or from outside the educational institution. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to study the reality of the factors influencing educational decision-making in educational administrations in Sharkia Governorate, while identifying a set of proposed procedures to develop educational decision-making in educational administrations in Sharkia Governorate. The study sample consisted of (170) an individual working in educational departments. The descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The results of the study concluded that there are many factors influencing educational decision-making in educational departments in Sharkia Governorate, including (personal factors, Organizational and administrative factors, environmental and social factors, and human factors). Based on these results, a set of proposed measures was developed.
